Breakfast spread was decent. Room size was reasonable for one person staying. Cleaning staff was friendly and courteous. Room cleanliness was good although room was normally cleaned sometime in the late afternoon. Location was good since it is located within walking distance to Phuket Old Town.

Hotel is simple, clean & quite! Staffs are very helpful & polite! Location is excellent… local market is just 1 minute walk & can have yummy local breakfast. Around the corner is 24hours Mc Donald Restaurant. 7-11 store, Swensen Ice-cream at short walk. Next to hotel is a beautiful massage place. Famous Sunday Night Market is just 15minutes walk away…

This hotel was the best choice i made on this trip. It's amazing, very clean, very comfortable, large rooms, also the location in the old town is perfect very close to center of the old town you can just walk there it's like 15-20 minutes walk, there is a 7-eleven near by but put in mind it's a 3-5 minutes walk from the hotel, the bed and the pillows were very comfortable, all the essentials necessities were there, they also provide water in the room which is a huge help, the staff were very friendly and helpful, i wanted to change my room because the view was that of a wall so i asked the reception and they were very quick to search for another room for me, ammie the girl at the reception was very sweet she took me to see the room first to decide if i liked it or wanted another and she gave me an excellent room with an amazing view of the garden, she's an angel, I'm definitely coming back to this hotel again

Why do you need these little steps between the lobby and the hall where the rooms are located? You carry your bags on the ground floor but still have this senseless obstacle My room didn’t have a proper window, just something small closer to the ceiling with a nice view of a garbage dump. I stayed for one night only and didn’t actually sleep there, just left my bags, went out, came to have a shower and left for the airport but still managed to face difficulties. My shower was clogged or just badly designed, half of the room got flooded immediately and I had to pack trying not to slip and fall on the water which did not go away.

1. Housekeeping - my room wasn’t even clean by 4pm 2. My room had a poor view and the windows had green moss 3. The bath towels had a bad smell 4. Wasn’t informed that we could use the gym at Novotel 5. No toothbrush provided

very local hotel. they have morning and night markets literally down the street! very wonderful. they clean rooms EVERY morning which is great! very friendly staff. 9/10 only because the beds wasn’t comfortable at all. Also it’s a 14 mins walk to old town Phuket which is a plus if you wanna walk and look and shop.

Definitely better than what we expected. The staff was super nice and relatively decent with the English language which made things easier for us communication wise. The rooms were clean too so that was cool.

The breakfast options were very limited so that kinda sucked. The facilities like the pool are located in the hotel next door so that was also a bit of an inconvenience. The room was also much smaller than we expected.

GOOD no-nonsense value for money hotel in a convenient central location.

The drains in my bathroom ha a strong unpleasant smell. I could not seem to be able to adjust The air conditioning, which the room very cold

Great Location, comfy room and staff were helpful. I was at the hotel for 2 nights in Feb and it met my requirements. The Staff were friendly and helpful and there was always someone on hand if required. The location was great with a fresh fruit and veg market close by as well as a few well known eateries within a couple of minutes walk. Kettle and small fridge in the room were a welcome touch as was the aircon. The hotel had a nice and peaceful vibe and a nice smoking area for the morning Coffee and cigarette. i would definitely stay again the next time im in Phuket City.

Good location, reception staff was so rude not allowed me to check in and get the key to the room without showing him my credit card despite the room was charged and paid before I arrived by booking .com. It was very bad policy and I was so disappointed Having to repeatedly explained to front office manager so unnecessary. Bad policy reception staff not very nice.

Booking .com took money from my account but hotel still wNt to see my physical credit card . This is not right.
