Room: Nicest sink we've ever seen in a hotel room ever (but it's outside the bathroom). Comfortable king sized bed. Nice couch. Very clean. Some noise from construction and neighbouring bars but no road noise. They provide earplugs.

Staff wasn't always available at the reception and there was no signs for how to alert them. Location is still walkable to old town in 12 minutes. There's a side walk up until the first stretch of old town where the side walk is blocked by cars so it's not a comfortable walk all the way.

Baan Old Town is a welcome reprieve from the bustling Phuket Old Town. It is closeby and within walking (15mins) distance. Cycling might be faster. The room was clean and comfortable, with regular housekeeping and bottled water. The staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. We highly recommend staying here and we would love to stay here again 😊 Thank you very much! Please note: * The location can be a bit tricky to find the first time. Look out for the driveway and the banner as the hotel is set back from the road. * There are stairs here. We are thankful that the lovely staff helped us with our luggage.

The staff were very nice. One girl did not speak English so she called her boss when we wanted to know if we could check out earlier than expected and she was very friendly and caring. She also gave us more bottled water (as an apology I assume since she couldn't understand us). The rooms were also big enough and clean enough. The bed was comfortable.

There was a bit of unpleasant noise in the afternoon since they were apparently renovating and setting up new rooms. It was a bit of a disturbance when we wanted to rest.

It’s very instagramable, the interior is clean and well designed. Comfortable beds and lovely finishes.

The staff were a little bit shy we seemed to be alone most of the time. They didn’t inform us of the kitchen availability so we thought it was strange to have mugs and a kettle in the room but no coffee or sugars provided. When we left we found out that it’s all in the front office and you have to take.

The big spacious rooms and the decor was quite nice. The staff was friendly and they also took care of our luggage for a day after checking out because we did not want to lug it around on Phi Phi island, we are really appreciated that! They also asked for nothing in return, so we left them a tip for their service.

We had to climb up a couple flight of stairs to get to our room, but the staff helped with our big bags. This might be an issue for some people who would prefer a lift but this was not an issue for us.

The hospitality of the hosts, the super clean rooms and the location are great! The interior is super cute and this is quite rare to find in Phuket. Very central, nice location too.

The sheets and towels etc were super clean, but they had quite a strong perfume smell which we are pretty sensitive to and personally dislike. We explained it though, and the hosts really went out of their way to still help us regardless so we were still able to leave with a very good feeling.

Spacious and comfortable rooms and friendly, helpful staff. It is a little outside the main part of Phuket but easily walkable, even in the July humidity.

It is a bit tricky to find. The host's direction are correct, and quite good, but Google Maps or similar might misdirect you and because it is small (and I think quite new) a cab driver may not be able to find it either.

Good location, great facilities for price. Had everything we needed including laundry and pool was nice too! Bed was big and comfy. We miss the chickens that live there!

No full length mirror. We had a ground floor room so windows were frosted glass meaning we didn’t get as much light as we might have liked. But overall, great.

A great comfy place to stay. We were greeted by huge smiles from the owner and her family when we arrived and through our stay. We were given recommendations of restaurants to try, and they all tasted great. We thought it was a great location, and the noise didn't affect us at all. Would stay again and would also recommend to those visiting Phuket Old Town for the first time.

Tidy attractive room, simple with all the essentials. Everything felt fresh, clean and comfortable. Located about 20 minutes walk to Phuket old town. A great stay for a good price.

There was a strong air fresher smell in the room at the beginning of our stay, which was overwhelming in the small space.
