The hotel itself was great, everything was brand new and very clean and cute. The room was a good size for one person and the air conditioning was very powerful (I was there in a heatwave!). Staff were friendly and carried my very heavy suitcase upstairs for me. :) They have coffee and snacks available all day which is nice too.

Personally I didn't like the location, the area around the hotel is a bit unwelcoming to tourists, and as a woman you get harassed a bit on the street (although it's still very safe in general:)) It's only a 5-10 minute drive into town but Bolt/Grab is more expensive in Phuket, so they will charge 250-300b one way. Otherwise you can walk 20 mins but its not really advisable in 38 degrees heat! Would be totally fine if you have your own scooter though

Superb cleanliness and comfy! This is one of the best room I have stayed with exceptional cleanliness - no dusty, no allergy, bedsheets are visibly and comfortably CLEAN. Interiors are aesthetic and minimalist, lots of greenery and comfortable seats. Chamemon elements are everywhere, super adorable! Staffs are really friendly!! Stayed there for 4 nights, not just attended to my midnight check-in request due to flight delay, also helped me arranged for airport shuttles and navigation to food places and where to get good coffee! There's no breakfast provided but the fact they have free flow freshly brewed coffee every day wins my heart! They have free snacks and fresh fruits available on the table 24 hours and I couldn't believe it's actually a life saver especially when having late night outs and just need something quick to fill up the tummy. Security is good, will need card to access entrance with 24/7 standby front desk and this actually made me feel so safe as a solo traveller. 3 mins walking to Asterisk Espresso and Barbowl for cafe food and drinks. Location is just 10 mins driving distance to Old Phuket Town, where you could get the authentic Michelin recommended Thai Food, massage parlours and souvenirs.

I can’t rate this place highly enough. I was supposed to stay for 1 night but ended up staying for 6. It’s in a great quiet location, just 5 min drive from Old Town center. Everything is new and clean and comfortable. The room has everything you need and is cleaning daily upon request. There are snacks and games and they often offered complimentary Thai drinks. The staff is beyond friendly and sincerely want you to enjoy your time. They recently starting opened this place and are doing everything right. I would happily return if I come back to Phuket.

The hotel is new and for the money it’s amazing. The location is near the Phuket city center 5 minutes away if you use Grab bike.

The room was located on the third floor and hotel doesn’t have the lift. That was the only downside, otherwise the hotel is amazing and the staff is really kind!

This hotel is an absolute gem! The rooms are lovely, and you can feel the attention to detail in the cleanliness and service. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Every morning, you’re treated to a delightful breakfast featuring boiled eggs, fresh bread, a variety of marmalades, cereal, coffee, tea, cookies, and ripe bananas—simple yet delicious! It's the perfect spot for a 2 or 3-night getaway, just a short 10-minute stroll from the charming Old Town of Phuket. The atmosphere here is incredibly serene and relaxing, making it an ideal retreat. Plus, the decor throughout the hotel is simply stunning. You won't want to leave!

This is a very nice hotel close to the city centre. We loved the interior - clean and simple. Our room was quite spacious, with a wide bed and comfortable desk. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was fun to watch the chameleon living in a big terrarium in the lobby. There is a great cafe nearby which opens at 6 am. I really appreciated that there was a good hairdryer in the room! Overall, great value for money.

The hotel is located on a "massage parlor" street. The location is neither family-friendly, nor quiet. The hotel provides earplugs, though. There weren't any amenities except for shower gel and shampoo, not even soap.

Very kind and helpful staff. Overall very clean, the hotel and the neighborhood is pretty. Comfortable room and bed. Neither close nor far from the old town, nearby park, etc (10-15 min on foot). The hotel is easy to find. Close to a 7-11 and a good Thai massage place (Naya Massage, ณาญา).

Beware as the hotel has no elevator, so avoid if this is a requirement. The adjacent street with massage bars may be an issue for some. Though not loud, there were some noise during the night, at time, from outside cars and music. A bit expensive.

A Super Place. Very Comfy Beds; Nice Private En Suite Shower; Netflix TV. Spacious Living Are & Spotless. There is a Lovely Nice & Inviting Smell as soon as you walk in & Check in. Shower gel & Shampoo also Gorgeous smelling. Room and Towels made up and changed if required. Internet Great! The Lobby Area is a Very Peaceful Environment to sit, Have Tea & Coffee. A Complimentary bit of Toast and Biscuits. And Help yourself to a Banana also. I Would Strongly Recommend The Chamemon, Phuket Town. Note: If You are a Beach Person, then You can hire a Motorbike from here!:) I thoroughly Enjoyed My Stay, and Will Stay again in 2026. A Really Nice Stay. Thank You! Stuart:)

I was staying for one night before heading out for Koh Lanta (because my flight arrived too late for me to catch any boat on the same day). The room was not large, but it was squeaky clean and had everything I needed. The fact it had a desk was particularly great, since I had some unfinished business on my laptop that needed be done. The bed was very comfortable, with just the right balance between softness and firmness. I'm picky when it comes to hotel beds, yet I had a very good night's sleep. Breakfast was not part of the deal, but they had a complimentary "breakfast corner" anyway. It's more like a snack bar, but it's appreciated regardless.

Nothing really, especially not for the price. If I have to nitpick, perhaps the lack of a lift? Wasn't an issue for a young bloke like me, and the staff did offer to help (thanks).
