Through there were not physical staff presence in the lobby, they are much quicker in response into our text messages and we can get it done whatever need through that All residency apartment facilities are included and operated nicely without hassles

Location, cleansing, staff.

First three days, I booked a family room, but unfortunately was given to someone else, so I had to separate my family into two rooms. But later on, I was given my family room for the rest of my booking.

Very clean modern building in a quiet clean area.

Shortage of utensils in the kitchen. Parking the car in outside carpark or street sometimes very difficult because too busy.

spacious and clean, staff were helpful and friendly

slightly more outside of old town (which we knew when booking) however it was still a walkable distance

All was cool, without insects. Room clean.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the residence was very clean.

For us the location was a bit isolated and in the beginning taxis/transportation was a bit of a problem. I feel that the staff can be more helpful in this regard. Grab for example didn't work so we had to figure out how to get around. Bolt worked for us

Very easy to write this review - excellent -- the nice little apartment is perfect - new - glass walls over looking the surrounding mountains -- very nice little apartment -- and Ms. Nat and her staff - were - superior ! ... not only are the apartments nice - but this place is connected to a very nice gym and pool facility - that comes with the room! -- excellent !

the staff takes very good care of this property. it’s so clean especially the floor. the staff is very responsive to our needs too.

maybe the swimming pool usage can be alittle more flexible currently one key card can only allow one person to swim.
