We arrived in the late evening and successfully checked in because the reception is open 24/7. Be ready to leave 500 baht deposit by cash upon check in! The room is spacious and clean, including fresh bed linens and towels. A large bed, wardrobe, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, refrigerator, and a teapot with a couple of cups are provided. You can find a cafe and a restaurant in the building opposite, as well as several markets and other cafes nearby.

We met a few minor issues with the room’s equipment, but really it doesn’t matter. The main issue was a noise from the neighbours, who came out their room and being at common hall at night. So, soundproofing could be better.

The room was huge. :) It also included a private balcony with a sink and running water. The property had a front and back street access. It was a 10 minutes walk to Old Town and the neighborhood had good local restaurants which were on the cheaper side compared to Old Town. The staff were helpful. Bonus point, the lobby had a massage chair and a swimming pool that did not smell like chlorine.

For some unforeseeable circumstance, our air condition leaked water which was annoying.

The staff was really nice and efficient, room service would take less than 15 mins to come in after ordering and they were really accommodating. The room were really big and the bedding furniture really confortable, the balcony sink was a nice addition and the bathroom was really spacious as well, a great room for the value, we really recommend S.B.Living Place !

The AC wouldn’t work unless the key was plugged in and we were only given one key, so the room would be quite hot after a day outside - easily fixed though

Liked everything, especially the staff which were very friendly. The location is good, many restaurants in the area.

The breakfast could use some changing, there is some choice for what you would like to eat, but the choice doesnt change on a day to day situation. The beds were a little hard for our taste.

The swimming pool was lovely & clean. We were the only people using it so very peaceful. It was only a 15 minute walk to Phuket Old Town which is ideal. We don’t mind walking so this was no bother to us, easy to find your way & every body was friendly. All of the beaches are over the other side of Phuket but there are local buses which depart from the old town from 6am-5pm only 40 baht per person which we found really helpful. The rooms were comfy & clean.

There were the tiniest ants crawling near the skirting boards of the room. This didn’t bother us too much as they stayed there & weren’t anywhere near the bed.

Firstly I liked all the staff who were all very polite and helpful. Particularly the kind lady Mind on reception who helped me get a wonderful room. The rooms are large with ensuite bathrooms. It is also a useful balcony area with an outdoor sink. I was travelling through so great for rinsing through some clothes. You also get access to a large brilliant equipment gym and swimming pool. Although there is a good pool at the hotel.

It's a bit out of town. OK, for me as I like to walk, but for someone with walking issues, you'd be reliant on taxis.

I absolutely love the staff—they were incredibly helpful and kind. The pool and sunbathing area are fantastic, complemented by a gym catering to every fitness style. Additionally, the hotel's restaurant is simple, but a offers a range of Thai classics done well, along with a delicious club sandwich. And for those seeking Michelin-worthy eats, nearby gems like Roti Chaofa, Jadjan, and Pathongko Mae Pranee await.

The internet in my building was generally good, allowing me to log in for work when needed, although it did experience some slowdowns at times. In comparison to other places I stayed in old town with a minimum of 100 up/down, here it ranged from 50-80 up/down, likely depending on the number of guests using it at the time.

The room is huge and a big and comfortable bed! Good shower too! there is a pool with sunloungers plus a gym, restaurant and spa. Very short distance to monkey hill and to the old town!

There wasn't as much variety at breakfast as we have experienced at other hotels but the food for hot and well cooked

Great location and clean room. Staff cleans the room daily. Air conditioning is well placed. Pool is nice, and the fitness center is open except on Sundays. about 20 minutes walk into the heart of the old town. price-performance ratio is absolutely right

The bed was a bit saggy, with springs that I could feel. But I still slept well.
