Location was good, right in the heart of the City. 6 bed dormitory was air conditioned, 2 toilets and showers, privacy curtains, big locker, electric socket, light and free Wi-Fi. Room cleaned daily and water replenished. Bed was comfortable. Soap and toilet paper replaced daily. Refrigerator use for the 6 guests. Slept well for the past week I stayed. Would definitely stay here again.

All good at a reasonable cost.

Their room and toilet is very clean. The person who in charge of recieption is very helpful, friendly and can speak good english which is rare in thailand. They provide towel,shampoo and soap which pretty good. Location is good to not too far from tourism places. Even you can get public transport to go karon, kata and patong beach just by waiting outside of hotel for a while. 7eleven is also 3min walk from the hotel. Overall everything is good.

They won't allow you to check-in before 2pm. There was some mosquito inside the room, they might spray in night time.

Very big room. About 5 minutes away from the tourist street. Staff were great, especially the lady who processed my check in and the guy who called a taxi for me. Female employee even gave me instructions on how to go to the bus stop and tourist area. Clean room . TV had English movies. They gave 3 bottles of water, instead of two

There was a short water interruption on my second night, like about less than 1 hour. Pool wasn't available

We really enjoyed our stay, the beds were super comfortable and we had everything we needed in the room. The staff were exceptional and so kind.

We had a leak in our room and after reporting it we immediately got moved to another room with the help of the staff moving all of our stuff. The building itself needs some TLC and repairs to ensure the leaks don’t happen again during bad weather.

I love that place in Phuket tow its right in the heart of old town and gives you all you need from Phuket town very close. Staff is very friendly and helpful thank you so much guys they will suggest you all best places in Phuket be sure, also on the first flor its has a hostel so its mean you will newer walk alone)

Excellent beds - clean and spacious in a big dorm with AC. I loved that I was left with a towel, soap and a small bottle of shampoo. Water too!

Having to ring the bell for staff - would sometimes have to ring a few times to alert someone. However this did not affect my stay, I thought it was brilliant and would stay here again.

The young couple running it are very sweet and try to help as best as they can. Rooms are clean and roomy enough. Very reasonably priced compared to other places in town.

At times, can feel bit disorganized - young family with two young kids running a business. The room hadn't been completely cleaned at check-in time, the used sheets/towels were in a big heap just off of the entrance to the place, the little balcony/common area is often messy with used ashtrays, cups, bottles, etc that people have left. It's on the quieter end of town so fewer food options and less vibe in the area after business hours; easy, quick walk to the busier part of town though.
