Amazing location, perfect for when you are travelling by yourself, a block away is the main street. I picked the pool access room on the ground floor (perfect if you want to avoid the stairs). King size bed which was firm (standard for Asia). Yes you can hear noise from reception but it is barely noticeable as you'll be out most of the day. The pool was the perfect size with recliners to enjoy. Pool towels are provided. Everything was very clean and comfy. I really appreciated it when I put the 'do not disturb' sign out, they left new water bottles and a roll of toilet paper on my door. Not standard practice when you put out that sign and it felt like a very kind gesture. Good value for money and perfect for visiting old town and the sunday night market.

Perfect Location: The hotel is in an ideal spot for exploring Phuket Town. It’s within walking distance of the Old Town area, local restaurants, and the night market. Quiet & Well-Designed Building: The hotel is tucked away from the main street, so it’s not noisy. I also appreciate that it’s a proper hotel building, not a converted shophouse or townhouse. This means the floors are cement, so there’s no noise or vibration when people walk past the room. Parking & Mini Pool: The hotel has its own parking space, which is a big plus. There’s also a mini pool—not for swimming, but a nice spot to relax, which is a rare feature for small hotels in Phuket Old Town. Quality Amenities: They still provide Erb amenities (soap & shampoo) in the room, which I love. (Erb is a nice Thai spa brand besides Panpuri)

No Elevator: The only downside is that there’s no elevator, which might be inconvenient for some guests.

The rooms were very clean with daily housekeeping,the pool was beautiful, the staff were very nice and helpfull!!

A lot of stairs and no elevator which can be kind of tricky for disabled people,the fact that there were staff only until 21:00, and the air-conditioning was too small for the room therefore it took a long time for it to cool. Sometimes the building smelled a bit odd due to the fact that there are almost no windows in the hallway.

Right in the heart of Old Town Phuket, walkable to local Thai and western restaurants, and easy pick up for Grabs and tour guides. Still, the hotel is just off the roadway so our room was quiet and restful. The room was clean and comfortable, with a kettle and coffee, excellent AC. Checking in, we really appreciated the help with our bags up the stairs. Each day, the staff at the front desk were very pleasant. We would stay here again.

We had a great stay here. It was our second time staying in the same room since we loved it so much. The bed is very comfy, the room is spacious, the shower is great. We also love having a pool as Phuket gets really hot. It would be great if there were more seating by the pool, however. It happened a few times that people wanted to come sit but there were only 4 chairs and they were all occupied. The location is also great, right in the Old District. We really recommend staying here.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Phuket Town and had a very pleasant experience. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of the town, but set back from the main road, so it was wonderfully quiet. My room was great, with a comfortable bed that made for a restful night's sleep. The service was truly wonderful; the staff were warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. The pool was lovely and provided a nice spot to relax.

Boutique little hotel at the end of Old Town Phuket. It was very quiet but only a two minute walk to the heart of old town. Small but clean swimming pool that was cool and refreshing in the blistering heat!

Unfortunately you can smell sewage and the city smells when you enter your room but after a few minutes you stop smelling it. Always ask the staff to leave your AC on or they turn it off when they do room service! Walk 1/2 block towards old town and cross the street to find a bright yellow building that is a hostel. They will do your laundry with one day turn around for cheap!!!!

My spouse and I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hidden pearl nestled in Phuket Old Town. As we made our way through the charming passage, we knew we were in for a treat. Upon entering, we were immediately struck by the clean and functional yet undeniably stylish interior. The simplicity of the design was complemented by thoughtful touches that spoke volumes about the attention to detail. Every corner seemed to have been curated with care, creating an atmosphere that felt both cozy and elegant. Although our stay was regrettably brief, we couldn't help but marvel at the impeccable cleanliness and functionality of the space. Despite the simplicity, it was evident that every aspect of the hotel had been meticulously planned to ensure maximum comfort and convenience for guests. Overall, our stay at this charming hotel was nothing short of delightful.

One minor inconvenience we encountered was the lack of ample storage space for our belongings. If we had stayed longer, I imagine we would have struggled to find enough room to store our clothes and other belongings comfortably. We cannot judge the breakfast because we didn´t take it.

Good clean and nicely setup room close to old town. Decent and described properly, so no real surprises. That's a good thing. All went well and thought this was a good place. I'd say, go for it, if the budget is right for you, book and you'll be happy.

great location, the hotel is neat and clean. the hotel seem relatively new so everything is in tip top shape.

we first booked a "superior king room" for two adults, and one child, we got the room with one king bed, and no place for the kid to sleep. we asked the staff that said that they couldn't help. The next day we booked the family room which is probably too big for us (4 beds). call Ramshead air-conditioning but the bathrooms were very hot. Even hotter than outside. There is no elevator in the hotel, but the staff helped us every time taking the things up and down. I am writing all this for the sake of complete review, but I have to mention that we were very satisfied with the hotel overall, and would come back if in the area.
