Perfect Location: The hotel is in an ideal spot for exploring Phuket Town. It’s within walking distance of the Old Town area, local restaurants, and the night market. Quiet & Well-Designed Building: The hotel is tucked away from the main street, so it’s not noisy. I also appreciate that it’s a proper hotel building, not a converted shophouse or townhouse. This means the floors are cement, so there’s no noise or vibration when people walk past the room. Parking & Mini Pool: The hotel has its own parking space, which is a big plus. There’s also a mini pool—not for swimming, but a nice spot to relax, which is a rare feature for small hotels in Phuket Old Town. Quality Amenities: They still provide Erb amenities (soap & shampoo) in the room, which I love. (Erb is a nice Thai spa brand besides Panpuri)

No Elevator: The only downside is that there’s no elevator, which might be inconvenient for some guests.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Phuket Town and had a very pleasant experience. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of the town, but set back from the main road, so it was wonderfully quiet. My room was great, with a comfortable bed that made for a restful night's sleep. The service was truly wonderful; the staff were warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. The pool was lovely and provided a nice spot to relax.

Boutique little hotel at the end of Old Town Phuket. It was very quiet but only a two minute walk to the heart of old town. Small but clean swimming pool that was cool and refreshing in the blistering heat!

Unfortunately you can smell sewage and the city smells when you enter your room but after a few minutes you stop smelling it. Always ask the staff to leave your AC on or they turn it off when they do room service! Walk 1/2 block towards old town and cross the street to find a bright yellow building that is a hostel. They will do your laundry with one day turn around for cheap!!!!

My spouse and I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hidden pearl nestled in Phuket Old Town. Tucked away from the bustling streets, this tranquil hotel welcomed us with open arms at the end of a picturesque alley adorned with lush greenery and flowers. As we made our way through the charming passage, we knew we were in for a treat. Upon entering, we were immediately struck by the clean and functional yet undeniably stylish interior. The simplicity of the design was complemented by thoughtful touches that spoke volumes about the attention to detail. Every corner seemed to have been curated with care, creating an atmosphere that felt both cozy and elegant. Although our stay was regrettably brief, we couldn't help but marvel at the impeccable cleanliness and functionality of the space. Despite the simplicity, it was evident that every aspect of the hotel had been meticulously planned to ensure maximum comfort and convenience for guests. Overall, our stay at this charming hotel was nothing short of delightful.

One minor inconvenience we encountered was the lack of ample storage space for our belongings. If we had stayed longer, I imagine we would have struggled to find enough room to store our clothes and other belongings comfortably. We cannot judge the breakfast because we didn´t take it.

great location, the hotel is neat and clean. the hotel seem relatively new so everything is in tip top shape.

we first booked a "superior king room" for two adults, and one child, we got the room with one king bed, and no place for the kid to sleep. we asked the staff that said that they couldn't help. The next day we booked the family room which is probably too big for us (4 beds). call Ramshead air-conditioning but the bathrooms were very hot. Even hotter than outside. There is no elevator in the hotel, but the staff helped us every time taking the things up and down. I am writing all this for the sake of complete review, but I have to mention that we were very satisfied with the hotel overall, and would come back if in the area.

Good clean and nicely setup room close to old town. Decent and described properly, so no real surprises. That's a good thing. All went well and thought this was a good place. I'd say, go for it, if the budget is right for you, book and you'll be happy.

This hotel in the busiest part of Phuket's old town is really something special. quite .The staff were super thoughtful, giving me a heads-up about arriving late. The pool might be small, but it's just right and seriously convenient. You can easily walk to all the cool cafes, local shops, and night markets in the old town. Long story short, if I'm telling my friends where to stay in the old town, it's gonna be this place for sure!

The location was fantastic. The room was clean, spacious and modern. The people who work there are friendly and answered all my questions and even carried my bags to my room for me.

My room was directly above reception so I heard the door close every time someone came back at night. My neighbours air con was so loud it felt like the walls of my room vibrated. However I don’t think this would be the case for every room and all of the good things outweighed this one negative.

Not the property’s fault, as I booked the pool access room, some guest were using the pool past the opening time at 3am! You could hear everything, there were some nights where I did not get any sleep

Great location in Old PhuketTown with the Sunday Walking Market just down the street & many shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The hotel was very clean & while the room was small was adequate for a 3 night stay. We had a pool access room, which was lovely. The pool was also very clean & very refreshing. Bed was comfortable & room servicing done promptly each day. The location is quiet, being set back from the road.

There was a slightly musty smell in the room. However, I requested room freshener spray, which managed this well. There is a reading light on only one side of the bed. It would be good to have a light each side.
