Great location nestled in a side street off the main road so not too much foot traffic as compared to surrounding streets. About 200m from the popular Sunday Night Market. The room itself was spacious and comfortable with a very large bed. Loved the hotel decor and general homey atmosphere. Very quaint. Friendly lady at check-in. After that, didnt see any other staff. I would recommend asking to stay in Room 1 or Room 3. Room 1 has a window with natural lighting. Room 3 seems like it may be a bit more sheltered from noises from other guests.

I stayed in Room 2 and while it was comfortable, it had no natural lighting and was right in the middle of 2 other rooms. The soundproofing inside the building is not great as you can hear people walking up and down the stairs and passageway - so just a heads up if youre a light sleeper. Also, note that the bathroom is very small - just a shower and toilet - the basin and mirror were outside in the room. Bathroom has no independent ventilation. Not too much of an issue if youre on your own, but if travelling with others can get a bit crampy and gross as you cant flush toilet paper down the toilet. These things didn't bother me too much - and wouldn't prevent me from staying again.

The lady at the reception is amazing :) So kind, helpful and very hospitable. She would always willingly clean our room daily and leave us 2 water bottles every day. She also arranged an airport transfer for us at 5 a.m. Great location in the heart of old town. Recommend taking blue pick ups and buses to go to Kata, Karon, Patong and Rawai for 50 baht per person. Can find them near Ranong road. Also at the corner of street where the hotel is, there is a couple who makes pancakes on a small stall. Michelin star and very reasonable price.

Great little hotel that was great value and perfect for our two nights stay. Super close to the main shopping street of the old town, an easy two minute walk. The hotel is down a quiet street and is very peaceful, no noise at all. Our hostess was very kind, attentive and always helpful. The decor of the hotel is charming, including nice vintage touches in the rooms, and rooms/facilities were very clean. There is a small food court located at the beginning of the street and small mart for groceries just round the corner.

Great location in old town, most things are in walking distance and it is not loud at the same time. Quite clean, nice staff and free coffee and tea making station near the reception. Nice staff who organized a taxi for me. Air conditioning worked well.

The window led to a corridor so you could not look outside, but it was okay for me. Bed is a bit hard.

Location was great nice and quiet in the heart of the old town. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Arranged a taxi for me to the airport which was cheaper than bolt and the regular taxi on the street.

Bed mattress was a bit bad one side think it had a few heavy farangs lying on that side of the bed. TV didn't work properly couldn't get any stations on it.

Staff were friendly, location is great. The property is in a quieter part of the Old Town Phuket with easy access to popular tourists spots and the museum. While shops closest to the stay shut early, pubs and restaurants that remain open in the night are at walkable distance.

- Location was amazing, right in old town and close to many restaurants and spots - communication was excellent, staff whatsapp me before my arrival to arrange check in time and offer tour options - very helpful with providing information of things to do in the area - i left my camera charger and she expedited to our next stop and im very thankful for them going above and beyond

Location, a great food court just up the road. Friendly staff. Daily water provided. Very quiet location. Laundry and booking service.

No fridge in room. Not all lights work.

The bed was so uncomfortable and had rips in the sheets. Having said this i would stay again but mattress needs changing
