I recently stayed at I Pavilion Hotel Phuket and had a wonderful experience. The location is just perfect, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. Renting a motorbike nearby was convenient and allowed me to easily explore Old Town Phuket, which is very close to the hotel. Despite being away from the main tourist spots, the strategic location made it easy to reach Patong within 30 minutes. This balance of tranquility and accessibility made my stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a serene yet conveniently located place to stay in Phuket!

One suggestion for the hotel would be to include breakfast in the booking package. The kitchen looks so classic and charming; it feels like a missed opportunity not to utilize it. Additionally, the lobby ground is spacious and could easily accommodate a nice breakfast setup. I also loved the music and instrumental sounds coming from the nearby school; it added a charming local touch to my stay. However, I can see how this might be an issue for some guests who prefer complete silence.

It was super clean and it had everything that we needed. The value for our money was good. We were able to afford two rooms at a very reasonable price. The facilities are clean and comfortable

the location is about 15 minute walk to the main old town street which for us it was quite a walk because my parents are 72 and 76. It is also quite far from the marina to get on the boats to the island and to the party side of Phuket. So, if you want to be close to the party, this is not the place. If you want something quiet, affordable, clean and decent walking distance from old town Phuket, this is a go.

Beautiful property, huge pool, lovely staff.

Our lovely room was located at the top of a very steep hill. The beach was tiny, a few hundred metres so no lovely long beach walks and with jungle directly behind the resort couldn’t walk there either. Could only eat at the resort’s restaurant so had to buy expensive lunch and dinner every day. We felt trapped in a tiny and expensive beautiful resort.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I had a problem with noise and the staff very kindly helped me out. I would use that hotel again.

My problem was noise. It was nothing to do with the hotel, it was other customers. People thumping round the floor above, banging doors, TV blaring even at 2am and talking very load in the corridors. I find this in most hotels. People have no consideration for others. I have nothing against the staff, they were really good, and the room was really nice.

The staff, especially the people at the front desk were very polite and would help us with any questions we might have. The hotel was just right for us, close to the Old Town city center, positioned in a very strategic location. We received coffee and water everyday in our room and we found the entire hotel to be very clean. The room was very big and the bed was enormous and comfortable. They have a washing machine and a dryer in the Hotel and another laundry location nearby. You can also find small restaurants and grocery stores nearby, if you don't want to walk all the way to the city center. Would definitely come back if we ever visit Phuket again.

Nothing comes to mind.

Basically everything. It is a nice, modern, tall hotel with all the facilities, good and helpful staff, in a nice location. Squeaky clean, multiple elevators, a swimming pool on the sixth floor or such. The panorama over the city is great, and you can find a lot of useful venues in the immediate vicinity - places to eat, drink, shop, change money, you name it.

There was a music school or something like that right next to the hotel, and for some reason, they were practicing at late hours. Not the best situation if you are tired and want to sleep, but not bad enough to completely ruin my experience.

It’s an absolute huge hotel that spans 12 floors I was situated on the 6th floor which gave nice views, the staff were very welcoming and brought me to my room check out was nice and easy. All the food and drink in the room were free so they get bonus points for that!!!!

Personally I didn’t particularly like Phuket so I don’t want this to overlook badly on the property but other than that I didn’t find anything wrong with the property
