Lovely old property in centre of old town. Cool comfortable rooms. Don’t know why people in other reviews moan about lack of windows. It keeps it cool and quiet and what do you want to spend all day in your room for? You are in Thailand!

For the area I think it was good value for money.

We stayed here with 2 young children, they were very accommodating. the family room is very spacious with bunk beds. We were in a room facing the road and it can be quite loud if you have sensitive sleepers. The building is beautiful, it has character features which does mean you can hear a lot. it wasn’t a problem for us but we were very conscious of how loud our children were- the staff were very understanding and kind, and the owner bought lots of treats for them which was kind. rooms are stocked up every day with water and snacks, everywhere was very clean. It is in a good location in Old Town, close to main areas and you can walk around easily, also close to a large food market and bus stops. the owners helped arrange bike hire too.

It wasn’t that we didn’t like it but we were just mindful of noise as you can hear a lot in the building.

Beautiful aesthetics, comfortable beds and nice touches on the room (ramen, coffee)

Very hot if you get a room with no ac, because there are no windows. We just slept with the door open, but I understand that not everyone would do that

Good place. Nice location was very easy to get to the centre of old town. Good shower, comfortable bed lots of space

The room isn’t lit very well

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They arranged transportation at last minute for us. We are very great full. The hotel is located in the heart of the old town. The location cannot be more central.
