The location was superb. Close to the the main shopping areas, cafes and restaurants. However, the prices for meals and coffees in the main area are not cheap. Perfect location for the Sunday night street market. Other night markets are a short taxi ride away, but pick your time well because of traffic congestion. Downtown markets were less than 10 minutes walk away where local produce and food is available at exceptional prices.

No elevator. There are two flights of stairs to get to the top floor, which makes it a challenge with a couple of heavy bags. It's OK for younger and stronger people. This is a minor point, but one to be aware of for loder or less able people.

We chose it for the location and it did not disappoint. It is so close to the street that has the Sunday food market. The balcony was really big and had a great view of the shops and restaurants on the street. The decor was delightful with bright colors and lots of flowers with a really cute lounge area that also overlooks the street. There was great attention to detail in the decor and all the little things needed for your stay. The ladies there were really great and helped us with our bags up the stairs. We only stayed 2 nights, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely visit again.

The shower toilet combo was very strange without a shower door.

The location is right in the heart of Old Town and the top floor room had a great balcony. Very close to the amazing night market, close to temples and surrounded by the Sino-Portuguese architecture. Really friendly staff, secure and clean. If you can get one of the top floor rooms do! Good breakfast at the coffee shop across the street.

The shower is open to the rest of the bathroom and most of the floor gets wet as a result. During the day you can enter from the front through the clothing store where you checked in but after they close you have to enter through the back of the building. Just mildly inconvenient.

When you check in at 14 you have the sun covering all of the terrace and there is nothing to give you shade and enjoy the terrace. Also the pictures you get for how to check in is incorrect. It's the wrong picture from where to pic up the key. There is one woman working in the shop beneath that helped to check in, but she asked for roomnumber wich is not let to be known when you book, so if she wasn't there I wouldn't know which room or where exactly to take the key since the picture shows the wrong place.

Super central location, right in the old town, close to all the bars, restaurants and markets. Clean and tidy apartment, perfect for couples. Our official checkout was at 11:00, but the host let us to do it later since we had our ferry in the afternoon.

Entrance via code. Host communication done via Whatsapp, but that was not really an issue since they were responsive. Can't really complain of anything tbh :)

This hotel is in a great location, everything is within walking distance. The room is lovely and the bed is very comfortable. The self check-in process was very easy and their communication is 10/10. I have found this hotel easier to contact than staffed locations. They care about their customers and I hope to stay here again in the future!

I have nothing negative to say about this property.

Clean , very convenient location, friendly staff. 2 min to night market and all shop . Except for the electric power and water supply disruption, really make us in a Mess, however I can see the staff are trying very hard to help customers, even for my room issue, they are showing very helpful. Overall, highly recommended.

No lift. Suggest to consider to have a family

A very comfortable room in the heart of Phuket old town. All is good and as described. The location is the strong asset here, while the amenities don’t disappoint. Also, the hotel staff were excellent and very helpful.

Not exactly a complaint and I understand the reasons but the two iron doors in the entrance that required a code to enter was a bit of a let down.

Its location was by far the best. So central and despite their being street noise late into the evening it was very quiet overnight. Very clean rooms and the bed was extremely comfortable.

Only thing I would say is that it suits a short stay as nowhere to put out/hang clothes.

The hotel was extremely well located in the Old Town. The rooms are furnished to the highest standard with quality furniture and fittings. The staff are extremely nice and helpful.

There isn't a lift and we were on the 3rd. It didn't matter to us but if you have mobility issues it could be a problem
