The place was clean and the staff were friendly. The facilities were excellent. However if you were in a top bunk it is quite hard to get ready. The only thing I would say is to maybe have chairs in the dorms.

Excellent location, right next to old town and the indy market outside (wed-Fri) is a real bonus. It has an industrial and spacious building design so its quite unusual and can be 'echoey' in the hall way but it is no more noisy than any other hotel - the other guests were actually quiet and considerate (more than any fancy hotels). Staff went out of their way to help if needed - our shower head was leaking and someone came to fix it in less than 5 mins - and advice on the airport bus stop was invaluable (there isnt an actual stop sign). Pool was great for cooling down after days exploring etc. Free reall coffee and snack also nice touch. Highly recommended place to stay in Phuket town.

The bed on a mezzanine level was fine but feel should point out the steps were pretty steep to go up and down. This was ok for us but might be problematic for others with any mobility issues. We like the different room design and it shouldn't put people off unless its going to be an issue physically.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hostel is stylish, quiet, and very clean. There’s a nice pool, and the location is excellent - a shopping mall is nearby and everything you need is within walking distance. It’s also close to the Old Town, where it’s beautiful and pleasant to walk around in the evening. Towels and water are provided daily, which is a big plus not every hostel offers. You can also check in 24/7, which is very convenient.

As a suggestion, it would be nice if the pool area had something against mosquitoes, like people-safe repellents. Also, late check-out for an extra fee would be a great addition. But overall, everything was really good and I was happy with my stay.

The hotel is in Phuket town and all the fun and excitement is 5 mins away. The bus stand is close walking distance 10 mins away from where mini air conditioned buses go to Patong beach and also to airport for just 100 BHT. The Hostel is having bunk beds with curtains and also has family and single rooms. So according to your budget you can choose. I initially stayed in dorm of 4 persons but a abnoxious guy was giving negative vibes to me so i decided to stay in a superior room and later my friend joined me. The rooms are clean with no insects and cockroaches- yes mosquitoes sneak in if you are not careful. The place has a laundry machine that you can wash your clothes for a very small money. The swimming pool is like a five star hotel vibe- Awesome They provide until 3 pm biscuits and other nibble snacks at lib and coffee tea is always available . At the reception are 2 Lee ( the smaller one is cuter but both are good) Siri is sweet too . They are polite and clean and well dressed. The reception is 24/7

The price is a bit high for the rooms. I don’t think the owner is a poor man and needs money desperately . So i guess they must give a thought on reducing prices.

Clean and quiet place and everything around this place is amazing, old town, cafes and resto bars all in walkable distance. So many instagramable places around this place.

Everything was beyond expectations! Complimentary water, soft drinks and chips on arrival; complimentary coffee, snacks and fruit for breakfast. Kitchen to warm up food from outside, and very equipped with utensils. The pool was great. Nice vibe. Location very close to shops, restaurants and points to get public transportation. We booked some convenient tours with the help of the staff. They cleaned the room and left new towels every day. Everything great.

The mattress was a bit thin and the lighting of the room a bit poor in general, but the beds had individual lights.

Pros: The location is excellent — very close to the downtown center and right across from a small mall, with easy access to cafés and restaurants. The hostel feels safe and clean, with room service and a simple but sufficient breakfast included. Staff are friendly and helpful. There’s a nice swimming pool on-site — not very deep, but great for relaxing.

Cons: • The towels were worn out and need to be replaced. • The room had a musty smell, likely due to humidity — better ventilation would help.

The dormitory room was extremely comfortable. High ceilings for the lower bunk bed and a clothes hook and locker. A key is provided and a towel is provided without any charge. Staff are extremely accomodating to my needs and were superb overall. They gave me plasters from the first aid box when I wore a brand new pair of sandals that resulted in blisters on my feet. I've stayed here before and the service standards certainly did not disappoint- it is the only place I would stay in Phuket old town. So many food options around the corner and there is a night market Wednesday to Friday outside incase you are tired and lazy to venture. Nice affordable bakery and a convenience store that is fairly huge which is open 24 hours.Smoking area is massive and has a good view of the pool. The airport bus stop when arriving is only a short 7 minute walk. Filtered water is available in the kitchen and breakfast is provided- fruit and coffee and tea.

The dustbin in my dormitory toilet smelled slightly. Some guests were rude and talking loudly on the phone in the room. Not the fault of the staff.
