Loved how central the hotel was, the room was super comfy with a massive bed and awesome aircon for the hot days in Phuket!!

The aircon was leaking in our room and went all over our items :(

I like the location and the staff and owner was so helpful, they carried my bags to my dorm room and the dorm was spacious and had air con. It was a great place to stay!

The facilities the air con in the dorm and the staff and owner was fantastic. The owner has a taxi to take you to the next place tour staying he took me to Patong and it was the same price as a taxi to the airport to get a coach to Patong!

The staff was so friendly and helpful driving me to and picking me up from the ferry. The bed was super comfortable and it's a short walk to old town.

The room had a very strong moth ball smell to it.

The softest sheets that I’ve ever slept on. We were trying to look for a label to see what they were made of as it was like sleeping on a cloud! We both had the best sleep. Lovely interior and spacious room for a great price. Staff were lovely, our shower broke when we first got in, but they had someone out fixing it within 10 minutes! Would highly recommend if you’re staying near the port for a night before getting the ferry.

On arrival we was able to check in straight away, the room was lovely and clean with fresh towels. The hotel was really quiet, felt like we were the only ones there. The staff were lovely, and the pool was small but perfect just to cool down. Plenty of shops and restaurants near by.

The fridge had a slight smell, but I think it was because it was switched off, as soon as I plugged it in the smell went.

The hotel is simple but perfect for a good rest after busy Phuket days. Amazing value for money. The location is great - just steps away from Sino-Portuguese Phuket but in a quite back road/courtyard. Don’t be put off by the reception area which is a bit odd. The room was such a pleasant surprise! Such a well thought through space - enough surfaces to put things down, soundproof, lovely linen, kettle, fridge and a lockaway cupboard. Better than some expensive rooms I have stayed in. The pool is very shallow so not a party space, but great for cooling off after a day trip - it is unusual for a budget hotel in old P to have a pool. The staff were very responsive when we had trouble with the air con and fixed it. Won’t even think of staying anywhere else if I ever come to Phuket again.

Would be nice if the pool could be open just a little bit later; say 9. the day trips sometimes end quite late and would be nice to cool down when you come “home”.

Good location if you want to be in the down town area. Huge rooms and beds. Incredibly comfy beds. Spotless clean bathrooms

Services provided by the hotel (transfers, tours and motorbike renting) are expensive. They made us give a deposit beforehand and then took us a lot of money for gas used by the bike, even if we just used it for four hours, tank was full. PLEASE BARE IN MIND THE 1 Pepsi and 1 sprite in the fridge are actually the (self service) not some random cans people left behind. If you take them they will charge you expensive for it. (No note is provided on the fridge with the prices- there are only two cans in the fridge). BEACHES ARE REALLY FAR AWAY FROM DOWNTOWN!

We were looking for a place in Old Phuket on short notice. We did not need many amenities. We stayed here for two nights and was nicely surprised and happy with the place. Location is minutes walk from Phuket street with many shops. Staff and front desk very helpful in getting rides and such.

For our needs and price, we can not find anything to complain about.

Pretty comfy, not a massive hotel which is nice. A good clean room and a very nice shower.

We genuinely thought the pool was a pond, but we weren’t staying long enough for it to bother us and the room was great!
