My recent stay at this hotel near Old Town exceeded my expectations in every way. The location couldn't have been more perfect, with Old Town just a short stroll away. Upon entering the room, I was pleasantly surprised by its spaciousness - it was even larger than I had anticipated. The balcony offers a picturesque view overlooking the inviting pool area. The hotel's ambiance was delightful, contributing to a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere throughout my stay. Additionally, having a Tops Daily nearby was incredibly convenient for any necessities or snacks I needed. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its prime location, comfortable accommodations, and excellent amenities.

You couldn't wish for a better location to explore Phuket Old Town. 2 local markets, with incredible food. Indy market, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday night, the wonderful Sunday Market, which is amazing. Supermarket over the road and cafe at the front of the hotel. Rooms are huge but slightly outdated, with the pool area needing some work.

Musty smell in the room when we first arrived, don't think the room had been used in some time Needs some updating and cleaning around the pool area. The location made up for the few faults!

We wanted some extra pillows but we're told we had to pay extra? First hotel ever that's said that and we dare not ask for an extra towel too. Outdoor balcony seats had no cushions...maybe had to pay for that even though they come with them normally from a shop! Also only 1 shampoo and 1 shower gel toiletries for a couple people? Odd...didn't want to ask for a bit more either!

This hotel is very well located and just around the corner to Old Town Phuket. The room was large, clean and comfortable. We had a fridge and a microwave as well as an offside sink and counter area. There were unfortunately no utensils or dishes of any sort. We had a nice view of the swimming pool from our room and a little seating area outside the sliding door. The bathroom included a shower and bathtub which was nice but the bathtub unfortunately only had a handheld wand and there was nowhere to hang it up to use as a shower. The hotel is a boutique hotel with a lot character and artistic flare on the main floor where the main desk to the hotel is, as well as a quaint coffee shop.

The room we had was a little outdated and the pool although large and attractive needed a little bit of attention. A safe in the room would have been appreciated. The staff was very nice and pleasant but communication was sometimes limited . We read the reviews before arriving and therefore discovered that there was a food court across the street and that the Sunday Walking Food Market was very close to the hotel. The free bus across the street unfortunately was mentioned to us from other tourists after we left. None of these things affected our great stay in Phuket and we would definitively return to this pleasant hotel!

Having never been to phuket before, we decided to stay in the old town and found this place, it's a reasonably priced spacious room with a decent en suite bathroom. The balcony overlooked the pool and it was all well presented and tidy and clean. The staff were very helpful, albeit with a language barrier as my Thai is rubbish and the English is a little broken but we got everything we needed, they even extended our stay with ease. There is a coffee shop/cafe as part of the building on the ground floor and this is reasonably priced and pleasant. Across the road is a 24hr supermarket and a bus stop for the free bus that tours the perimeter of old town, giving you easy access to the stops for the other blue bus stops that access the rest of the island.. I'd happily come back! :)

It was all good, if your expectation is a very pleasant budget accommodation in a convenient Central location with privacy and slightly on the edge of boutique then you'll love it.

Everything, such a great location, everything at your door step, Tops convenience store and limelight right across the road, Sunday Market right around the corner, bus terminal 1, 5min walk, so many choices of places to eat, and 2 laundry services close by, and lovely relaxing ambiance as you walk in the front door with the coffee shop and you have a pool, not many places in Phuket Town has pools.

Can't pin point anything, but the only thing, maybe a safe in the room.

Great location, near the Old Town and major attractions. Friendly and kind staff. Nice room, spacious and with a small balcony to enjoy a drink while sitting and having a conversation with my wife. Really good pool that we used to cool down and relax. Electric kettle and a convenient fridge in the room, complimentary water.

They recharged everything but the shampoo and the shower 🚿 gel.

Location was fab. Entrance to hotel through their cafe. A cheap and friendly laundry service can be accessed through the parking door at reception and is 2nd shop on right. Night street food market opposite. Bellinees bakery cafe was opposite too and great for breakfast some days. Hotel so close to phuket old town, walking street, etc All streets around have lots to see. Behind there are plenty of local no frill places to eat well and cheaply. One that I rmenwbr for being no frills but yummy was advertised as Boat noodles. We ate well there. DEFINITELY DON'T MISS NAKA NIGHT MARKET, fab live music, enormous so doesn't feel as crowded, much better than (WALKING STREET THALANG ROAD).

The room was huge, with a table, chairs a kitchen (not too equipped but with a coffee machine). The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Everything was very clean. The bathroom had a bathtub and a shower, with all the necessary to take a shower, and also with toothbrushes and pasta. The AC worked perfectly and the staff helped us by booking a taxi to the airport. Its location is amazing, you are already in the middle of the centric area. In front of the Hotel, you can find an Italian Pizzeria that is AWESOME!!! and a shopping center.

The view of our room was not so nice, you only see other buildings' walls, but it did not bother us.
