Staff were awesome, very friendly and so accommodating. Good location, short walk to all the features of old Phuket town. Room was a good size, very clean, full size fridge and tea coffee making facilities, though free tea coffee at reception all day too, help yourself. Good AC and WiFi signal. Small balcony. Free bottled water every day. I couldn't fault this place and after touring the islands I will stay here again before I fly out.

Scooter rental at the hotel is 400 bhat per day, however if you walk 200 yards down the road you can get scooter rental at 200 bhat per day, which is what I did. The hotel would get more rental business if it just lowered its price a little, even 250 per day and I would have booked with the hotel.

Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff, large room with a balcony, fridge, shower and bath, great location to get into the old town in 5 - 10 minutes, they offer a buffet breakfast for only 150 baht and they have refreshments and toiletries you can buy in the lobby. Overall a wonderful stay here and I would definitely return.

It's hard to find a negative! The only thing I could say is maybe some of the furniture and decor is a little tired with the odd stain or piece of chipped paint, but I'm being very critical. For all the positives and the price, it's fantastic here.

I really love this Hotel! The location of this hotel very strategic. You can go anywhere around the town within regular walking distances. The staffs also very helpful and kind, excellent services. You can rent motorcycles there and taxi to airports too! Definitely will book again to this hotel when I am going back go Phuket one day. Sending love from Malaysia 🇲🇾

Almost none that I know of. Maybe the elevator a bit too small and slow but it functions well enough to be use.

The customer service at this hotel was outstanding. Despite all the queries and requests I made both before and after my arrival, the staff remained incredibly patient and addressed every question with great care. Their support made my stay smooth and stress-free. Excellent value for money—I highly recommend this place!

I wish the hotel had an in-house restaurant to offer lunch or dinner options for guests. Additionally, having the possibility of early check-in for those arriving on early flights would be a great convenience

The hotel is near (or in) the downtown. It means all historical places are close and you can walk around to see the contrast between temples, colonial houses, restaurants, etc. The breakfast is included. Don't expect any western style, we had a simple but good breakfast. It helped us to get energy and walk in the downtown.

I stayed 6 days at La moon. Location is the best, everything near you on walking distance. The staff was friendly, kind, and amazing people. I would like to mention that I had a boat tour of Phi Phi Island & James Bond Island at Affordable prices all credited to the reception Girls. Thank you very much! Highly Recommended for everyone! Room was very nice and clean. Location was awesome. Breakfast, we did not get a chance to have breakfast here. Staff at the reception was very nice and helping. They welcomed us with a smile which was there on their face throughout. They were very friendly and cooperative. Internet was quite good too. Never had any issue with WiFi connectivity. I wish we had stayed there longer. Thank you, La Moon.

The location is really good, near oldtown. The service and ambiance are great! One of the best rooms I’ve stayed in.

The bathroom it’s ventilation isn’t quite good. You have a window to the balcony, but these result in growing fungus’s. Also there is a bathtub without any curtains. So if you’re showering, you have to be careful of the wet floor.

location is perfect, by the indy night market and limelight shopping mall ( for local food and serious massage), short walk to everything else, room was big , mattrass and pillow comfortable, basic standard but is what i expect based on price, the very gem are the staff super friendly and helpful, they really made amazing recommendations always smily and happy
