Fantastic and very comfortable hotel right near the old town. Very helpful and kind staff. We had an issue with a broken chair and a handyman sorted it straight away. The room was amazing and because we had a corner balcony room, we had wonderful views over the city! Would really recommend particularly to fellow backpackers who fancy something more luxurious and spacious :)

Breakfast was a bit basic for the price - just toast, butter, jam and cereals. Would have liked some eggs, cheese and possibly meat to accompany the toast, but it was ok. Also the hotel is next to sewage so it sometimes smelled, but of course that wasn’t the hotel’s fault - just something to consider.

At first, we weren’t sure about the location, but we quickly realized we were wrong. It’s actually in a great spot—just a short walk to the central streets, yet tucked away enough to provide peace and quiet at night. The room was on the smaller side, but it was comfortable and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

The room became extremely hot in the afternoon, likely due to its position, with the sun beating down on the external walls so intensely that it felt like an oven. The air conditioning was absolutely essential. However, this is only a concern if you plan to rest during the afternoon.

We arrived later than planned due to a flight delay and the staff were just so lovely and helpful. We paid a little extra for the deluxe room which is larger and were very happy. Our room was at the back with a large balcony by the river. The room was quiet, clean with a great comfy bed. Huge TV that had loads of channels and we got fresh water both days. We got massages next door (connected to hotel) which were the best we’ve had in Thailand! The (free) breky was a lovely surprise with bread, jams, coffee, juice and cornflakes. Considering this is a free extra we were v happy. Finally the staff are amazing, kind and very sweet. The cleaner noticed our key wasn’t working so ran down for us to sort it out - all with smiles. Genuinely lovely and a really great hotel if visiting the Old Town (recommended for the cafes and architecture).

I was positively surprised by the size of the room + terrace. Location is very good, very close to a bus terminal and 5-6min foot to Phuket Old Town. The room was big, nice and comfortable ( and has been the biggest of the whole trip ) If you like smoking green, a very cool spanish-owned shop is just around the corner - and somewhat cheaper than the tourist traps downtown.

Great place! The room was very spacious, comfortable, clean, and pleasantly fragrant. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. A nice surprise was that breakfast was included in the price. The location was also very good, close to all the main attractions in the area. We enjoyed our stay so much that we ended up extending it. Highly recommended!😊

According to the receptionist the public bus to the beaches did not exist and private transfer was the only way. Seems like important information they miss. The rest was very good!

I really love about how they fold the towel, we had surprised if all the different animal of towel whenever we enter! All the staff are very nice and friendly, even when we check in at 9pm which is quite late, but they still welcome us with the smile!

The location is so appropriate, and close you have supermarkets, restaurants, places to rent motorbikes, etc.

I would remove that sofa in the room that looks not so clean and you won't use it because of that.

Close to the old town. Nice restaurants near by friendly staff. We had an issue with our tv and we rang reception the next morning they sent someone up to fix who gave us a brand new telly!

Friendly staff, clean place, good quiet location next to the old town. You gotta try the massages at the hotel - it was amazing and at great prices and very professional!

The mattress was not the comfiest but not bad!
