This is a very simple, laid back hostel. My little dorm nook was comfortable and came with a lock box (they provide the key, no need for a padlock), a light, and 2 charging points, and a hanger. The staff were very nice and allowed me to check in early. All snacks, drinks, water etc are fairly priced. Toilets and showers are clean and I never had any issues with availability when I needed them. Location is literally opposite bus terminal 1 and I was nervous about noise, but I never heard the buses at all and as it's set back from the main road, it was generally very quiet. It's also a 10 minute walk from the old town and maybe 5 minutes to the local Phuket market.

I would have liked some extra hooks /a shelf in the showers and some extra hangers /hooks in the dorm rooms for towels etc. Very small details and generally, for the money, it is good value.

The location was just perfect for us. Right next to the bus station, great street food just behind the corner. You can rent a motorbike/scooter next door. the bathroom nice and clean.

-make sure if you are taking the Blue Bus, that you know the bus terminal next to the hostel is NOT the drop off point. It would be helpful if the hostel would give travelers this tip on their page. - no WiFi I tried everything to get wifi to work in the room but no such luck- had to go to the lobby to use it, which was a bit annoying - check in is only 2-8pm per their page, and I witnessed the front desk staff leave promptly at 8pm so this may not be a good option for everyone given limited front desk staff

The staff was very friendly!! It’s very good value for money for a private room with a big comfortable bed and shared bathroom/shower. You can walk to the main area of the old town so it’s not too far away and it also has a seating area with microwave, kettle, coffee and tea. I’d recommend to stay here!

The room only had a very small window

So we came to this place because of the whole damn Rabbit gimmick. Still unsure if it was super cute or nightmare-inducing terrifying but at least it sets itself apart from the other accomodations. There really is rabbit paraphernalia everywhere. Good location near old town. It is however near the bus station, which means that whilst it is not necessarily sketchy, it's not definitely not a sketchy area. Room itself very clean and nice, liked the bunk rooms as there was heaps of space that was not taken up by the mattress to put stuff on. Good A/C.

We both loved and hated all the rabbit stuff. Still can't decide.

We are on a world tour and this was by far the cleanest and most organized hostel we stayed in. Our room, toilet, bathroom, and corridors were extremely clean. We started the day with a wonderful smell of cleanliness every day. The staff was very helpful, always smiling and warm-hearted. We loved this place. We even extended it for 1 more day and didn't want to leave. Definitely choose it. Rabbitel Phuket is a clean, safe and quiet place.

Great location close to the bus station with a short walk to the old town. Tv, towels and water provided. Good little stop over if you’re passing through especially by bus. Really good AC in the room. Some sofas inside and seating outside if you want somewhere to sit that’s not in your room.

The walls are quite thin and the beds are quite hard. Would have been good if the room had a mirror and a bin.

Cozy and clean bunk beds in a highly convenient location in Phuket Town, with nearby bus stops and a 7-Eleven for easy access. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The common area for hangouts could benefit from more options for fun activities, such as board games, and could be slightly larger for added comfort.

The mattress was super uncomfortable and hard. Woke up with aches. I also got informed on arrival my booking had been changed to an all female dorm which was frustrating as I was traveling with a male and we had booked the same mixed room so we couldn't share a room then

Its basic but clean. Big bed, good aircon, good wifi the location is good (5 min from the old town and front of the bus station but very quiet). We had a good stay. Few things could be improved : we didnt had any bin in the room and the locks in the bathroom are not workin well. There is also no atmosphere. But honestly its a good place to stay few days.
