Perfectly located, 5 min walk to old town and night market. The room is as described, clean, and with necessary equipment. Drinkable water is provided in the room on arrival. We arrived super late due to our flight being delayed, but the owner was kind and comprehensive and let us check in late. Hotel and rooms design are nice, very good quality for the price. Just know that there is no elevator, so it's a bit tricky when you're on the 4th floor

nice room, everything was clean and new. modern style. good position - right at the bus terminal, right in the city centre (lot of restaurants and shops around). we had a room 404 and it was absolutely quiet. we had a good sleep :) The staff was nice.

the room is easy - the only furniture in the room is the bed - it lacks some desk, ect. (I have many things I need during night - tissues, ear plugs, night pills, water, phone) - all this I had to put on the floor next to my bed, because there is no shelf or nightstand. also be careful: you can check in only till 10p.m.! if you come later there is a sign “If you come later than 10pm please find another hostel, thank you” so they will not let you in after that. But we came in the afternoon so for us it was ok :) also, there is no elevator - we were in the 4th floor and we had to carry all the suitcases up the stairs.

I choose small room with small window. Not many thing in the room. Kinda clean but the bed gave the feeling not really clean. Location is very good, just in front of the terminal.

Next to the Hostel, there is a bike rental. Please be careful to take the picture of gas when you turn on the bike, it drop from haft to zero => I tried to fill many time but it never filled. I showed the picture to the women then she seems knowing about the issue and ignore to ask for additional fee. That’s a scam. About the hotel, nothing much… 5 mins to night market and 10 mins to old town.

A very nice budget hostel in the heart of the old town. We lived in a hotel room for two, it was clean. There was not enough closet or even a chair in the room, but mostly they came to the room only to sleep. There is a kettle at the reception downstairs, you can make tea or coffee.

The hostel is very nice. I was in a private room. Good size of the room. Staff very helpful. Location just opposite the old bus station which is very convenient. It's a short distance to the old Phuket, 5 minutes.

Need better ventilation.smell humidity. Feels more a hotel than a hostel

Rooms were good, I especially liked the plumbing fixtures for bed frames and door handles and bathroom setup, very cool and durable!

Staff on their phone constantly, missed receiving my passport back from the scanner, didn't conduct any sort of induction to the property.

Actually, if you alright to walk this hostel is suitable for you. We can walk along the road to downtown or old town where is the most popular street. The facilities is reasonable to pay. Next to the hostel, there's a convenient store and bus station and also cafe and restaurant.

Great location if you require the bus station which is opposite the building, a short drive into the main area of old town.

The 3 person room is very small and the door to the bathroom is a slide door with 0 noise cancellation… No lifts was also fun…

Comfortable bed, good location for the old town, clean, nice shower and bathroom.

There was an open window in the bathroom that wouldn’t shut so there were sometimes mosquitoes in our room (I got three bites one night).

Great clean hostel. Very quiet! Nice rooms, even that it had no windows apart from bathroom it felt bright, clean, nice decor! Even had a TV. Close to downtown market, old town and very near to Indy market for night time food!

Lack of shop in close proximity, but 7/11 is 7 mins walk. Doesn’t have real backpacker feel!
