I would highly recommend this property. The bus from Krabi dropped me at the last terminal and it was only a few minutes walk to the property. The restaurants, shops and street food vendors are nearby. You can hire a motor-bike or tuk tuk through Grab at very reasonable rates to all nearby beaches. The room was nice, quite big and clean, bathroom was good. There was a good size window and a balcony opening to the road side. Ac was working. In forenoon hours free coffee and tea was available at ground floor near reception. The staff was good and welcoming. The bus for airport is available from the same terminal that is only a few minutes walk away. It runs every hour and costs only 100 THB.

Being on a busy main road its quite noisy in day time from early morning till early hours of night. There was no kettle in the room. You must turn on an electric mosquito repellent (yours own) all night or use mosquito repellent lotion/spray. poor light in bathroom

We booked a double bedroom, which was quite spacious and very clean. The balcony was wide with drying racks and overlooking the street. The front desk was extremely helpful with our queries like with operating the locker etc. It's within walking distance to 7-11, Terminal 1 bus stop and the Michelin recommended restaurant- Khao Tom Dibuk (must visit breakfast place). It was a great experience staying there. Highly recommended.

The location is ideal if you will be staying in Phuket town. It's just a short distance from the bus terminal 1 where you can take the smart bus going to Patong, airport and other key areas in Phuket island. It is also a good walk to the Phuket Old Town.

We stayed at room 303 and it stinks. Smells like dirty clothes that need washing. We're guessing it is because of the shower curtain.

Staff is really lovely and helpful. Clean towels and water every day. Walking distance to Old Town. There is free coffee and biuscuets in the morning at the lobby (useful to grab a snack if you are heading on an early trip in the morning).

Room is small, there's no furniture at all. Recommendation to hostel: you could put a shelve or two at least to put down the luggage.

Friendly staff, free coffee/tea from 8.30-11.30am in the lobby and small bananas all day. Close to the Bus Terminal 1, walking distance to the old town. Generous supply of drinking water in the room. Would stay here again. We extended it by another night.

Good located, 2 minutes walking to Bus station 1 and 15 minutes on foot to Phuket Old Town. 15 minutes driving to the pier. Kind staff, free coffee, tea and cookies in the morning. A 7-Eleven just around the corner.

We stayed two nights and changed the room. The first room (101) didn't have any window (as booked) but the bed was quite comfortable. The second (103), however, had an interior balcony but the bed was not so comfy.

It was in a great location, right in the centre of the old town. We arrived by bike and could securely store them at the hostel. Free coffee and tea in the morning was great.

The room is quite basic and it stays quite musty due to having no window. But it was fine for 2 nights.

The location is great and the place is quiet and it's a good price. The host Jeun I think it, is very friendly and super helpful, AC in my private room was broken and after I explained concerns about the other room as a lone female, he was very patience and moved me to the sister hotel instead.

Ac didn't work very old but was sorted out and. I was given another room with an hour, an upgrade at the sister hotel, indeed, so nothing to complain about great customer service.

The property was clean and comfortable, especially for the price we were paying. The girl at the information desk was super helpful and went out of the way to guide us through, especially with public transport systems.

The bathroom hand shower needs to be fixed. But it’s manageable
