Our experience was so lovely that we extended our stay at the hotel. First and foremost, the personnel were incredible! So nice, friendly, and helpful! They checked us in early and were always happy to provide us with extra water or towels and answer any questions we had. We felt so welcomed! Dewty and Anny were especially kind - ladies, thank you for making our experience so wonderful! As for the hotel itself, I really liked the modern design, both of the hotel overall and our rooms in particular. It has two pools large enough for proper swimming, a small gym (mostly treadmills, but there are also some weights), and an absolutely fantastic breakfast. Great selection, fresh food, and a good variety of local and international dishes - our whole family loved it! Also, I can't forget to mention the local cat, Snow White, who is an absolute sweetheart. Overall, great value for money.

The wi-fi in one of our rooms was unstable, but it got fixed at some point.

A nice little, clean and modern boutique hotel with big quiet rooms, comfy beds, enough sockets, enough tables/chairs, hospitable staff. The pictures of the hotel in Booking.com were true to reality. Another plus of this hotel is its location, right next to the old bus terminal (seems it's not being used much at all), AND it is not far from other bigger hotels, e.g. Royal City (less than 5 minutes walk), Courtyard by Marriott (about 10 minutes), etc. We can quite easily walk to the Old Town too--in about 15 minutes stroll. Finally, there are a few nice restaurants not far, e.g. NC (a famous 'institution'--with lots of Southern Thai dishes--in very affordable prices!), an Indian place (didn't try it). PS: There is a good 7/11 almost right in front of the soi.

First, the building that i stayed in (the 4th one) was a little far, and the slopes to the front desk & the 4th building were a bit steep (probably more for the younger generation). Second, I liked it that there was a gym but the big treadmill did not work, so i was left with the small one only. The hotel could do us a big favor if they could clean up the treadmills which were rusty at place.

Everything I needed was there. Breakfast was great.

Had to ask twice for water that should have been in the fridge. Mirrors were not great for shaving. Got call from desk to turn TV down on first night, that means the walls are to thin, TV needs sound proofing behind it, idiots who booked a 7 storey hotel and complain about noise should have hired a villa.

They booked us the highest floor which us nice for the view and all, the level of creativity and decorations is high and photogenic 👌. The location is quite and far from the noise.

They didn't offer slippers even though it's written on the details of the room, the billows were hard and not comfy. The safe box didn't work so is the curtains even though we complained about it and they said someone would come and check it but no one came! Same case with the iron we asked for it the minute we checked in and for 3 hours no one brought it! Even though we reminded them every 30 minutes! This ruined our plans for that day!

The property was in a quiet location, so not directly in the centre of Old Town but walking distance, the bus terminal is also right nearby. We had hired a car from the airport and the location was easy to find and well signposted, and has plenty of free parking outside. The pool was very good, only tried the large one not the second one. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Essentially compare the rooms to a travelodge if you’re from the UK, all the amenities needed for a stay in Phuket. We would happily stay again.

Very convenient location close to old town, but on a very quiet side street so extremely calm and peaceful. Beautiful pool in the one building near the co working space. Breakfast was nice. Rooms were clean. Extremely lovely staff, I think it was the owner or manager, she went out of her way to give us recommendations and talk to us about our vacation, she really made the experience great for us.

Bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. They did call us the first day to check if the bed was to our liking and we said yes, so maybe they could have solved the issue for us. Shower didn’t drain at all and no door or anything, so it ended up flooding into the bathroom so you couldn’t really have a comfortable shower.

The hotel is located in the old town, which is great if you want to explore the islands, as most tours offer old town pickup. The hotel is beautiful and there is a pool, which we didn't use, but it looked nice.

We had a problem with our bathroom, the toilet got clogged twice and we had to be moved to another room. The wifi was really slow both rooms (for example if you are backing up your photos to Google Photos or iCloud), we ended up having to hang out in the lobby to use the faster wifi.

Friendly staff, especially house keeping Great Halal breakfast if provide with brown bread, cereal and hot milk would help a foreigner with diet. Please note , bus station right Infront will take you anywhere as we are not a bike riders. Walking distance to old town or free shuttle enough for wandering around.. btw, Indian restaurant (india17) next to the hotel provide an excellent Tomyam, don't missed it. Spacious cozy room and wifi provide peace for my online meetings, bed is hard, but support my back pains.

Nothing, but some improvement suggestions for hotel. reception - should speak basic English. Security - 2Nd floor room facing roof window covered by curtains was not locked behind the curtains.Customer may not aware, so please keep the window closed always by house keeping.

The room was clean with fridge water, British TV - great to see for the first time in 5 weeks!

Attitude of Staff: 5/5 The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their kindness and dedication made our stay memorable. Birthday Celebration bonus: My partner asked a manager to help with a birthday celebration for me (I didn't know) and it was organized in minutes, complete with personalized decorations. It was truly touching my heart. In conclusion, our stay here was magical. We'll be back and recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket town.
