We loved the pool, the big rooms, comfortable bed and friendly staff. We really appreciated the free coffee and breakfast snacks in the lobby and the free mini bar and snacks in the room every day!

The walls were very thin!! On our last night the room next to us were having very, VERY loud sex which went on for a few hours and we didn’t get much sleep at all which was disappointing. We even called the front desk but the people still didn’t stop which was frustrating but not much else you can do.

We loved the simplicity and industrial style of the rooms. The bed was very large and comfortable, we asked for an extra pillow and this was immediately provided with no problem. Towels in the room were changed regularly, and extra towels also available for the pool. The hotel felt very clean and tidy. Air conditioning in the rooms was effective and easy to use. The rooms also had a mini fridge containing free water, soft drinks and snacks that were regularly refilled. No breakfast per se, but free coffee and mini pastries were available in the lobby. Location was great, the hotel is on a quiet side street but a very easy walk into the old town and to the night market.

There were very few places to unpack luggage- no drawers and very limited hangers/shelf space. There were also no hooks in or near the bathroom to hang towels which made drying them tricky.

The hotel location is fantastic - walkable to everything, including the fabulous Sunday Night Walking Market, old town, the free EV shuttle, restaurants, shopping, temples, etc. The staff was excellent - super friendly and helpful. The amenities were mostly good, but could be improved in some aspects - it was awesome that the hotel provided water bottles, morning snacks, and coffee even though they say there's no bfast provided, but the room itself lacked soap by the bathroom sink & wash cloths & storage, and there wasn't much shade by the pool (but the pool itself was awesome). The hotel feels new and modern with an industrial feel. The hotel was very clean, safe, and mostly quiet (except our lovely neighbors apparently had no idea how to shut their door without slamming it). I totally recommend the hotel and I would stay there again!

Staffs were super friendly. The place is located near old town Phuket. Nice rooftop pool. No crib provided for our baby but nice spacious beds for double bed room, enough for us. free snacks everyday.

The room doesnt have enough hanger to hang towels, otherwise its all good!

Location and views from the rooftop pool. Smooth transport bus to Terminal 2 from Khao Lak then local bus to Terminal 1…the hotel is very close to Terminal 1 which made it easy to get the bus to Phuket airport on return journey. Free mini bar includes crisps, nuts,biscuits and soft drinks. In reception they had more coffee and lovely biscuits! They also sold cold beer. Lovely rooftop pool very clean.

Nothing maybe more lighting so we could read the fixed air con remote! Possibly sheets could have been ironed

The rooms were very clean. The rooftop pool is a major bonus, for what you pay to have a rooftop pool, which me and my partner had completely to ourselves on a Friday night was a great perk. The parking was very helpful as well as we had a rental car. Free snacks with the coffee in the reception a very nice perk in the morning as well.

The only fault I could pick up on the hotel was the fact there were no working English language TV channels, this isn't a major fall down but after a long day of doing stuff we like to put an English speaking TV channel on and wind down to and also when we are getting ready in the morning. I would say our room had a pretty poor view as well but that was nit picking as the view from the rooftop pool was so spectacular I would just drag my mattress and sleep up there if I could.

Very spacious and comfortable room which huge bed! It was clean and quiet so we had the best sleep since coming to Thailand. Aircon was pleasant and quiet. There is no breakfast or restaurant, but complimentary minibar is stacked daily. We enjoyed the rooftop pool with the loungers. The hotel is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, markets and terminal 1. We would definitely stay there again

The rooftop pool was very good… infinity style with great views. Lounges were good. Umbrellas would have been needed on sunny days. The wifi was strong and reliable a welcome change from many Thai hotels

The TV reception was very limited. Although over 60 channels were listed, most had “no signal”. I couldn’t find any English language active channels.

The hotel was simple but perfect for us. Rooftop swimming pool and walking distance to the restaurant and bars. Free mini bar always goes down a treat! 30 mins drive to the beaches but we weren’t looking to stay at the beach but did decide to take a trip which was super easy. Rooms are simple but clean we had 3 single beds which worked perfect for us and the room was spacious enough

nice location, within 10 minutes walk to old town. free parking, free mini bar items, with escalator, pool on the rooftop. which is a plus. . .. .................... .

the door is not sound proofing enough, many slamming noise, not enough hangers for clothings, and i suggest adding a rod under the washing basin, need some brighter light bulbs...... .... ......
