Room was okay with self check-in. Air-condition and bed was perfect with enough light.

It’s you who to stay where you want but from my side I regretted that why I chosen this one! It waa very far from the tourists places and the whole area sleeps after 8 pm. So if you want to do some activities after the evening it’s not the ideal place to stay.

The bed was really really good! I've been travelling a lot around Asia and being a western sometimes the beds are way to hard for my liking. AC is good and working well. Shower is great! Its kind of a hassle with code and QR code, but at the same time it feels safer. Location is very good! its just a short walking trip to famous walking street in Old Phuket Town. Since travelling alone and not liking to stay in hostels, this was perfect for me. A short walk away, on the corner, is also a very good place for iced coffee (outside hair dresser👌 walk a little further through the crossing and you'll find 7-11. Right across the street is also good food😃

The smell of mold. But this is not unusal, just be aware of it. And the faucet was leaking in the bathroom when using it.

Location was great, just a few minutes from the old town but far away enough that it was not noisy on the streets below, the windows appear to be soundproofed but cannot be opened, but it really makes a huge difference to the traffic noise, very much welcome. The shower was surprisingly good although there was no shower curtain and the shower head wall mount was broken so had to hold it the entire time but wasn’t a problem

Staff wasn’t overly friendly but not rude! Just impolitex no shower curtain and broken shower attachment, but for the price it was perfectly acceptable

super good Wi-Fi. strong and stable for online work. pleasant staff. we had AC, towels, clean room. we’ve lived there for a month and once per 2 days staff cleaned our room, once per 3 days changed our linens ( pillow cases, sheets and so on) . pay attention that you’ll need QR code for some rooms and there are no staff inside, you can contact with them via booking app, usually they answer quickly

the door to the hotel doesn’t work properly and anyone could come in. last days the peace of sealing fell down on the first floor in the hall.

Great place to stay in the perfect location in Phuket Town. The self-check-in with QR codes was also very convenient. Daily water was provided and cleaning every 2 days when you request it. The room was very comfortable, and within walking distance to everywhere in Phuket Old Town. I'd recommend this place both for short and long stays

The shower wasn't the best, and some of the towels had stains on them

Great place to stay in Phuket Town for either short-term or long-term stay. It is very cheap, and walkable to everywhere.

The only thing I didn't like was that all of the towels had mysterious orange stains on them - I stayed about 3.5 weeks in total and every single one had them. I'd recommend to bring your own towels, and then everything else is good.

Really good value for money and well situated for the old town. Clean and tidy for self service budget. Would stay again.

Tap didn’t really work in bathroom (trickle). Everything else fine.

Online check-in pre arrival, super easy and could go directly into the accommodation at arrival. Super big and comfy bed, good a/c and shower was hot. Good location a few minutes walk from Phuket old town and the sunday market. Super good value for money!

Nothing worth mentioning.

Minimal, bright room right in the heart of Phuket Town.

The cleaner shouted at us from arriving a few hours before check in, rather than offering to store our bags. She said our room wasn’t ready, however when I went to check, it quite obviously was. Towels folded on bed and all. Ended up leaving our bags in our room rather than the open lobby as it was much safer. Then at check in time, our key was ready for pick up. All in all, staff could be a bit more accommodating.

Clean room, spacious. Perfect location.

You can only enter your room using your phone. If your phone dies you're stuck. Top floor smelt badly of wet dog (no dog to be seen tho unfortunately, otherwise I'd let it slide) . Room did not smell at all though, thankfully. Shower was a bit confusing to work too.
