Hotel near historical downtown. Friendly staff helped me arrange a taxi ride from the airport and provided a desk chair because the Japanese-style floor chair was inconvenient for me. Hotel restaurant was good and priced reasonably (it's a very touristy area) Water heating system worked great.

Personally, I'd have preferred to have a western style room instead.

when we checked out there was nobody at reception so we had to wait around 20 mins for someone to arrive. lucky we left in enough time before our bus otherwise we wouldn’t of got our deposit back

Everything was perfect! The team from Reception, Restaurant and Housekeeping were super friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the food was delicious and decently priced. The hotel provides a self service laundry room with new equipment which works with coins and in there you can also get free drinking water (apart from the bottles they leave in your room). The room was really comfortable and that bed was the best one so far in my trips.

Value for money. This is the first hotel I would recommend to anyone planning to stay in Phuket old town. Have a nice utility room where we can wash and dry clothes, iron and get drinking water. The staff was great. And the location is perfect. The bus terminal from where we get airport buses is just a 10 min walk away. Also it has good connectivity to Ao Por pier and Rassada pier from where most of the ferries and speed boats to the different islands start.

Hardly I come across hotels where there is nothing bad to talk about. Everything was good.

Lovely staff so friendly and helpful at reception welcoming us in and helping us get comfortable with surroundings.The food was delicious really recommend especially for breakfast, the staff at the cafe are super friendly and efficient. The rooms are clean with AC, Cleaning service was great with friendly hardworking staff. Highly recommend this hotel was amazing , super close to old town to explore the shops and the food markets are a short walk way, close to a few 7/11. Again highly recommended.

Location was great . 5 min walk from night market, 10 min drive to pier . Staff was amazing there is a welcome drink. We had three superior bed room so three beds. Overall a good place to stay in. Not noisy like in Patong. This was tight in the old city so quieter but everything was a stone throw away. They have laundry machine self service too . Also offer laundry.

3000 bht cash deposit. Air condition was noisy but not too bad .

The location is wonderful. The hotel's location is right in the center, near the old town and crowded Thalang street. Very convenient to move from the airport to the hotel and vice versa. You can take transportation to famous tourist destinations and beaches in Phuket. There is a restaurant serving coffee and food right below. You can also easily find food at nearby stores.

The toilet is too small. The shower is only enough for Asian people, because it's too small.

The hotel and the facilities are very clean and the service is exceptional The location of the hotel is also perfect. Its very close to the Lard Nai weekend market and Old town phuket. There are many convenience stores nearby. We stayed in the triple bed room and it was very spacious and comfortable

Location, good for walking about to see the sites…mansions, street art, Sunday market

bed set up…had to climb up and drop down low as bed on platform….not easy for older people room could use a paint job and bathroom some tile in the shower otherwise spacious room

NOY at reception was really super friendly and helpful Room was very clean with a really big comfy bed. bathroom more than adequate Breakfast was Aroi Mak (delicious) The Hotel is within walking distance to great food night markets, 7-11 and Old Town I will be back.....😅
