Fantastic staff, perfect location on the edge of Phuket Old Town. The rooms are spotless, there's a pleasant small pool, laundry and kitchen. Breakfast includes fruit, croissants, toast etc., with coffee and other drinks. There are drink and snack machines in the comfortable lobby. Restaurants are plentiful nearby and the airport bus stops just around the corner. A great little gem, where you can also arrange all transport and tours to nearby islands etc.

Great location for Old Town Phuket, down a drive way so nice and quiet once inside the hotel. The lobby was gorgeous has had a recent renovation with a lovely kitchen and lounging space to relax. Pool was smaller than expected but did the job perfectly on a hot day. All communal areas were immaculate and very well cleaned. The room and bathroom were pretty basic could do with a bit of a revamp. But the beds were comfortable and made for a good night sleep. The staff were AMAZING incredibly helpful and very welcoming. We booked a scooter through them and they helped us with any questions/recommendations. Daily house keeping was also a great touch.

Music in the lobby and at the pool. Loud and uncomfortable. WHY??? People on holiday like it quiet, especially in town. When we want music, we listen to our own stuff on headphones.

Beautiful Building with all you need to explore Phuket. Huge rooms with good showers and plenty of storage space. Daily cleaning by lovely staff and daily replenishment of the amazing free mini bar which includes soft drinks, water and snacks which is so thoughtful. They also provide tea and yummy coffee in coffee pods for the perfect drink. A Daily simple breakfast which consists of fruits, toast, croissants, cake, biscuits and hot/cold drinks is provided free of charge which is such a nice gesture. They also have a mini shop in the lovely lobby where you can purchase snacks at a very reasonable price in comparison to the shops outside. The staff are wonderful and will go out their way to help you with all your needs. In the lobby are also bathroom essentials such as cotton pads, comb and cotton buds to take as you need without charge. The hotel also provides a washing machine and dryer for your laundry which is so cheap and convenient. The area is just spot on. In the old town surrounded by amazing shops and a weekend market. No problem for any transport links as taxis and busses are everywhere. Not forgetting the lovely pool which is not huge but enough on a hot day to cool down in. What a find. Would definitely recommend and certainly come back to.

Minor but the bed was too hard for me but that’s personal choice

The property was clean and well maintained the staff were friendly and help-full, the location was fantastic so close to a-lot of amazing places to eat. And if you’re there on a Sunday the night market is a stones throw away. Free breakfast of toast, croissant and a number sweet cookies and fruits was great. The toaster is probably the cutest thing!

The doors all close very loudly, i could hear other guests returning from their adventures all through the night. I also couldn’t turn the TV off which remained on a black backlit screen. I ended up unplugging it from the wall.

Super location, 5 minutes walk from Phuket old town, but still very very quiet. Big rooms, super clean, comfy beds. But what is really amazing about this hotel is the staff. We traveled with our kid, 5 years old, and they left a little surprise for him in the hotel room, a coloring book, a puzzle and a game. It was one of the nicest things we experienced in an accommodation. Also, although there is no breakfast, there are always fruits, coffee, bread and jam for you to have. In the room, the mini bar is complementary. The pool is small, but really nice, especially after a long hot day exploring Phuket. And the best part is that it's open until 12 pm. So, yeah, this was an amazing stay. Congrats, Tint Team.

Loved the staff (the friendliest people on earth) and the location (next to a mall with a 24/7 grocery store, different cheap but clean streetfood-like restaurants, bus stops, old town, sunday night market). You can also do your laundry and cook if you want to. Very memorable and stilish! Snacks provided daily - a free minibar. It was awesome! There is also something breakfast-like available every morning - for free. Building blocks for kids in the lobby. Nice pool - a bit small but enough chairs for everyone. Truly a great hotel!

I would really like to give a 10 but unfortunately there was a little bit of mold on the bathroom door (not in the room though) and the doors were really bad - you could hear everything going on in the hallway and you could see light from under the door and it's sides. People were quiet though so were lucky.

Great location if you want to check out old town. 5 min walk. 7/11 around the corner as well. BUT the real reason I want to give this place a VERY high review is because my girlfriend and I stayed here. We flew to Bangkok the next day and the day we checked out they messaged us and told us about my girlfriend’s Apple Watch that she left in the hotel room. They mailed it to one of our friends who lives in pattaya. So I was able to receive it before heading back to USA. great, honest and trustworthy people work here. Thank you staff of “The Tint” and huge thank you to the honest maid that sent us the watch.

Bed was a little to firm to my liking but still a comfortable bed. Super clean in the rooms.

I really appreciated the fact that food was available throughout the day, especially fresh fruits. The kitchen is also very beautiful and well-equipped, which was extremely convenient. We arrived very early in the morning, and I had requested an early check-in in advance. We were able to access our room as soon as we arrived (8 am) with no extra charge! The staff was friendly, and the value for money is excellent. The hotel does not have an elevator; however, when we arrived, three people helped us carry our luggage upstairs, which was greatly appreciated !

The beds were a bit hard, and several times during our stay there was construction work around the building, which was extremely noisy.
