Great location in Phuket Town for an event we were attending. We were upgraded to a king suite which was very roomy and comfortable. Housekeeping was very kind, fast, and always asking if we needed something if we didn’t need service that day. Ramen bistro and cafe on-site is very nice if you don’t want to venture out too far. Phuket Old Town is easily walkable and only 10-15 away from the central area. Property was very quiet and there was a common area with a larger refrigerator, microwave, and additional seating (at least on second floor). Overall, loved the property and the staff were really friendly and helpful! Highly recommended (we stayed one week).

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic hotel, and I can't speak highly enough of my experience. The air conditioning was exceptional, ensuring a comfortable and cool atmosphere throughout my stay, even on the hottest days. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and it was evident that they take great pride in maintaining a spotless environment. The room was immaculate, and the common areas were consistently well-kept. The TV provided in the room was not only a good size but also offered a wide selection of channels and entertainment options, which was a pleasant surprise. The in-room facilities added convenience to my stay. The powerful shower in the bathroom was a refreshing and invigorating experience, and it's worth noting that the hot water supply was reliable. The staff was not only good but genuinely helpful, always ready to assist with a smile and answer any questions I had. Their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction. What amazed me the most was that all these wonderful features came at an extremely affordable price, well under £12 a night per person. This hotel truly offers outstanding value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and budget-friendly stay.

the location of the hotel was good. the place was quiet. the air-conditioning was good and silent. you can rent scooters from the reception for 5 euro. there is parking place for scooters right in front of the hotel. we left our luggage at the reception for a few hours for free on the day of the checkout, which was nice! city centre can be reached in 5-7 mins walking. a small shopping mall is at 5 mins walking distance. there is a 7eleven 2 mins away.

there is some type of alarm clock they use in the kitchen every 15 mins and it can be easily heard from the room. I mentioned that to the staff many times. every time they said they will fix it but they actually didn't do anything about it. the situation was the same-same for 10 days or so. we stayed on the 3 floor and there is no elevator and it was not so nice to go up and down everyday with all the heat, because there is no AC on the hallway.

This is part hotel, part hostel. We stayed in the hotel part (on the top floor), the whole place was very nice, not like i would expect a hostel to be. We needed somewhere near the pier as we were catching a boat the next day. It was really nice. I'd booked 2 rooms. When we arrived, one of the rooms had a small outdoor area with table and chairs with great views - a really nice touch! It was around a 10 min walk to the old town with all its attractions. Would be very happy to stay again.

There was no breakfast option, which as a shame. There was a safe in the room, but wasn't actually attached to anything, so you could just pick it up and move it if it was in your way. Obviously, we didn't use it!

check in went well, the staff were very helpful, its been a while since I stayed in a hostel and to be honest if they are anything like this one I will be staying again, spotlessly clean, the bed linen smelt fresh and the bed was super comfy, privacy curtains and free tea and coffee. loved it. The location is great, short walk to the main shopping area. the whole place was super respectful and quiet, there is also a lounge where you can sit and read. Didnt try the coffee shop downstairs but it looked great.

I honestly cannot think of anything, I had a great nights sleep and had a morning cup of coffee so was ready for the day. staff are wonderful, great place to stay

Very nice hotel. Stayed in a private room and had everything that was needed. Let us drop our bags off at 6am in the morning as we got the overnight bus into Phuket from Bangkok. We also booked our tickets to Phi Phi here. The boat couldn’t do the transfer so the nice man in the hotel took us to the port instead! Great customer service

A bit far from Patong Beach, further than we expected but it’s close to the old town. Can get a bus to Patong beach for 40 baht though so not an issue!

The staff was super friendly and very helpful! They accommodated my needs very efficiently. Helped me book a last minute tour when my one on TripAdvisor got canceled. And helped me book a taxi to Krabi airport, unfortunately the original taxi car broke down, but the lead staff took care of us and drive us himself even though Krabi is 3 hours away! Very surprised by the A+ customer service!

Rooms seemed a little old but very great price so can't complain.

Had a great stay! The service was excellent — the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I also really loved the size of the private room. It had everything I needed, and the small balcony was a lovely bonus.

The only thing I wish was better was the TV setup — it only had Thai channels, and there wasn't an option for YouTube, Netflix, or an easy way to connect my own device. Would’ve been nice to have some more entertainment options in the room.

Very conveniently located with plenty of shops and restaurants near by. Room was good quality with good facilities and air conditioning. Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. Helped us book a day trip to khoa sok national park as well as organising a transfer for us to get to kho Tao making our stay a lot easier.

I stayed in the hostel portion of this hotel for almost a week - it was such a good experience! The aircon stays on during the day if you’re coming back mid day for a break, which is a huge bonus in Thailand (most shut off 9am-5/6pm). The people working there are SO friendly and helpful. They were able to book a bus to Krabi, door to door transfer for a really good price. Also, it’s nice to have a bistro connected to the hotel in case you’ve had a long day and want to have dinner without going far. Would stay again on my return to Phuket!
