The staff, the location, and the hotel itself in buildings and rooms are spacious and really nice. The place is really cozy and has nice views if you're on the high floors, like from the 5th to the 7th floor, You are 15 minutes away walking from the old town phuket and a 15-minute drive from the water park and elephant sanctuary. It is really nice as a location and comfy and cozy place and the staff is really helpful. The cleaning staff needs to be more attentive.

Hands down 10/10. The best value for the price in Phuket Old Town. The hotel is big, the rooms huge and so elegantly designed with way more than average comfort. It is one of those insider secret spots, though they deserve to be known. I extended my stay several times and experienced 3 different room categories, all were fabulous! The ones facing the pool a little less quiet when some guests sit by the pool at night to chat (and that's not the hotels fault). Staff is lovely and if the 10 min walk to or from the city feels too much, you order a grab motorbike taxi and you will drive 3 min for 1€ to the city center and back.

I loved everything.

I loved the location, rooms were well equipped and perfectly comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful, pool was lovely, rooms were serviced daily with generous amounts of bottled water complementary.

The airconditioning struggled a little bit to keep the room cool, that's it.

Should have a proper luggage storage for before and after check in - guests leave bags in the lobby not locked up Loungers by the pool are strangely small But if a walk to the centre of old town but that didn’t bother us as we knew before booking

I always chase bathtub after life on the island with showers only so this was a good choice. Beautiful view from the sixth floor, good ramen not far from the hotel and walking to the center for 10-15 minutes are the key values of my stay here.

The hotel was immaculate and really comfortable would definitely recommend it to anyone staying in Phuket.

Location isn’t the best but due to the low price of taxis it is so worth it here a very peaceful night sleep and staff are friendly

The staff were super friendly and very attentive!! Good location, easy to walk into the town. We were there for the vegan festival so we weren’t in the hotel much so can’t comment on pool etc Comfortable bed, gorgeous sink in bathroom— great value for money

Need a Ramp instead of stairs to get luggage up to reception, seats on balcony not comfortable

Key card stopped working but sometimes that happens at hotels.

Walking distance to Old Town. Access to pool from our room.

No access to the restaurant following check in. Staff directed us to a local cafe 5 mins away. Have to leave a cash security deposit which is refunded when checking out.

Lovely big room, spotlessly clean, comfy bed, tea/coffee/kettle in the room, refrigerator and safe, great swimming pool, location walking distance of town centre and old town, close to some bars and restaurants.
