The Capsule bed Phuket is highly underrated as it is in a great location in Old Town Phuket. You are located only a few blocks from very popular restaurants and shopping areas. I didn't make it to any of the temples but they are not to far of a taxi from there as well. I stayed in a female dorm room and it was in great condition. They had numbered and lockers for your stuff which fit my whole 35 liter and personal backpack in there. The room was very comfy and had curtain in each bed as well as its own air unit. The blocks of space where your bed was was actually quite spacious and had its own charging plugs and lights, but provided nice darkness hen sleeping. They have washing and drying facilities and a nice common area on both the roof and lobby. The ac in both the room and lobby was very refreshing. The showers and toilets were clean. The staff was nice and it is social without being party social. I would visit again if in the area, especially for the price!

The relaxed atmosphere no party hostel ! There's nice spacious capsules around the bed with curtains for privacy, a balcony to chill and dry out the laundry, microwaves and boilers shall you need to warm up food and drinks (the location is packed with restaurants and night markets anyway), good free wifi AND, last but not least, exceptional standards of cleanliness. I have rarely seen such a clean bathroom in a hostel :D ! The staff was very welcoming, and always ready to help and inform on the things to do around town. They also have partnerships with certain tours so you can get a discount on the boat ride to the islands.

The bed mattress was a bit stiff to be honest, but it's common in Thailand anyway so no big deal, you get used to it.

Everything was perfect and my expectations were completely met! Especially the staff is amazing and made my stay even more enjoyable :)) I usually don't stay in dorms, but the capsules were very private and felt like a small private room for a budget price. The hostel is exceptionally clean and safe, I felt very comfortable throughout my whole stay (even extended for 3 nights). The location is also very convenient, very close to a 7/11, quiet and just a short walk away from the old town centre with a bunch of shops, restaurants and cafés. I will definitely stay here again!

The beds were SUPER comfortable with really nice sheets and blanket, and the capsules had lots of space to store belongings. The lockers are HUGE and it was very convienient to have two lockers per person. The room was quiet, dark, and well air conditioned. I saw lots of reviews saying the lobby wasn't airconditioned during the day, but it was always cold and comfortable when I stayed there. Everything was very clean, showers were really nice too. Location is great with lots of walkable restaurants. I would definately stay here again!

Nothing, it was a really perfect hostel!

Wow, where do I even begin? This place is absolutely gorgeous! The building itself is full of character, and the best part is, they’ve preserved that charm beautifully. You’ll feel like you’re stepping into a chic 4-star hotel, not a hostel. The cleanliness? Impeccable! The capsules are super spacious and come with everything you need, including a locker you can securely lock up. It's cozy yet functional, perfect for solo travelers! The staff totally made my stay. The lovely lady working during the day was so friendly, but the real star? The guy working at night, an absolute sweetheart!! He made sure I had everything I needed, checked in on me, and was just the cutest. You can’t ask for better service! This was one of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed at!

The only tiny critique are the dorm doors, they are quite noisy to open and close so it could wake you up at night.

Really great first hostel. The capsules were very spacious and private, decently comfortable too. The location was great, two minute walk to 7-11 and 5-10 minutes to the centre of the old town with loads of food places and shops. 5 minutes to the night market too if you’re there on a Sunday. Bathrooms were spacious and clean. Big lockers in the dorms to fit backpacks. Lobby was nice to chill in, not the most social but I knew that when booking. Great WiFi!

Was a bit hot, lobby only had fans and the capsules had a tendency to heat up.

Clean and nicely maintained. Location was perfect with 6-7mins to old town and 10-12 to bus terminal or pier. Staff was pretty good and helping when asked for anything.

The only thing I felt was little odd was that the water flow in the showers was very, very slow, which was not covered enough. Also I used the washing machine it said it was 56mins but the water inflow in that too was so slow that it took whole 20mins to fill in the tub double the time i had to wait for the cycle to finish for the wash to be done, when I asked the receptionist she told it was normal inflow. Also, in the Google Maps, the location shows at Montree Hotel, but it's two buildings before the corner. But overall experience was good as of the hostel.

One of the best among all the countless hostels that I have ever stayed in my life. All the staff members, the receptionists and the cleaner, are exceptionally polite and friendly, because of this, you will feel very welcomed here. The shared dorm that I stayed is excellent, first class cleanliness and comfort, even it is capsule but the space of every single bed is big, every bed comes with a light and plug, towel is provided for every guest too. The locker is really big enough for you to store your big bag. The comfort of the bathrooms and shower is clean and also a bit posh, which made me feel very comfortable inside. Price is really affordable and it is worth it to spend it here on this top-class quality hostel. There is a economically cheap restaurant just beside the hostel and the hostel is just located in the city centre a few mins walk away from the old town. That's why, I ended up staying almost a week here.

The bathrooms were cleaned every day. Wifi was strong from the 1st floor to the rooftop area. Washer and dryer on roof with laundry lines. Fridge, dishes, sink, etc upstairs for guests to use. 7/11 is one block away. There is a TV on the roof with an HDMI cord (but some people couldn't get it to work). Overall, very clean and comfortable place. Neither negative or positive-- this is more of a quiet stay with older adults or small groups. It is not a backpacker's social hostel.

The only communal seating is in the lobby (where the A/C use depends on the staff member of the day) or the roof which is blazing hot until the evening. The A/C is turned off in the bedrooms from 11 until sometimes 2 or 3 pm for "cleaning" hours even if the room is not being cleaned. It made it difficult to find someplace that I knew would be cool to get work done.

What a hostel! Definitely the best I've stayed in my life (and I travel a lot). Very stylish, exceptionally clean. Beds are built in capsules, so you can almost feel like in a private room. 3 electricity sockets in every capsule, a lot of space, great lockers with hanger inside to hang your clothes like in a wardrobe :) They also have a rooftop with a self-service washing machine (30 bat) and dryer (10 bat) and space near the reception where you can work, what makes it also that people coming to stay there are serious and grown-up people you value a quiet place more than a party one. Very very highly recommend this hostel which feels rather like a hotel.

There is abything to find, really.
