The staff members were absolutely amazing! While recovering from a recent accident in Thailand, they treated me like family, ensuring I ate well, slept comfortably, and even helped me find the best and most budget-friendly accommodations. Despite traveling alone, I never felt isolated during my recovery. Their cheerful support boosted my morale and undoubtedly contributed to my speedy recovery.

I only stayed one night but the room was clean and comfortable. The hosts were friendly and helpful with my onward travel plans. It's very well situated in central Phuket, particularly for the Sunday Night market. And also handy for the bus station if you're heading to the airport.

The owner spoke very good English and gave lots of advice of places in the area, even drew on a map for us. Was very helpful when we locked ourselves out also! 5⭐️

We absolutely loved our stay here. Bed was extremely comfortable and had everything you needed in the room. Friendly staff and good check-in. The room didn’t have windows which we liked as we have found some other rooms we have stayed in are too bright.

The owners were extremely friendly. They gave me many awesome recommendations and helped me book taxis and events. They also drew me a map of the surrounding areas to find good food. Awesome place to stay.

Nothing everything was perfect

The best thing about In Phuket House is the location, it's perfect for exploring the town. We found the hosts to be very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the budget double room with no window, we found the room fine for a 2 night stay, yes it's basic but clean enough. The bed wasn't comfortable for me but that's been the case for many hotels in Thailand. I think the room is a little overpriced but your paying for the location.

It was in the old town and I happened to arrive in time for the annual lunar new year festival on the street in front. The hosts were helpful.

It was substantial distance from the airport and the beach.

Room on budget but with a limit. The room had no windows and was small really small. It was impossible to breathe inside and the smell in the room was horrible

I liked nothing at all

The bed was horrible (kind of made of plastic, it was not an actual mattress), uncomfortable, the blanket was tiny, the towels could not be smaller and thinner, there was only one roll of toilet paper for two people and the host was way too insistent. We asked price for a taxi to the airport and we were forced to pay the full amount in advance in order to book it. We agreed to meet in the lobby to do the payment at a specified time and she would not keep texting throughout the day sending messages/reminders to make sure my friend and I would arrive on time to confirm the payment. There were no minimum services such as hair dryer, little fridge or strongbox.
