A hidden gem for budget travelers. If you are someone who doesn't want anything from the hotel except a night sleep, then this is best place. No frills attached (swimming pool or breakfast). Very polite staff and very helpful. Main thing is it is very clean and the housekeeping do an excellent job cleaning the room everyday. Amenities are very basic but altogether, its worth for a budget hotel. Location is very good, walk for 10 min and you are in the middle of old Phuket town with millions of bars and restaurants.

No telephone in the room, which means you need to go down to reception if you need anything in the middle of the night. Soundproofing very bad especially if you are facing the road. You can hear people talking on the corridor and vehicles moving down the road. If you are a shallow sleeper, not an ideal place.

Well situated at the end of the main road for the Old Town Walking Market. Pleasant staff, good size room and bathroom. Cleaned and fresh water provided daily. I had a room without a window but did have a balcony through a solid door, so the only light came from the room itself or the small bathroom window. A good choice of accommodation for the price.

The mattress was very firm - not really a problem for me but I’m sure it would affect other people. The air conditioning unit is very loud - again, not a problem for me as I’m a deep sleeper but something to bear in mind if you aren’t. I’m not sure if the hotel itself offers bike rental, I got told to go to a place next door which wanted a huge deposit and passport.

This is my second visit, 5 years back to the date. The property is still very well maintained and conveniently located near Phuket old town. I love that the tv has so many options and in several languages to watch. I caught up on Heroes Reborn( remember that?) The staff were helpful in arranging transport to the airport at an affordable rate(700 baht) compared to 850 baht that other places offered us.

Lovely bright, large clean room. Nice bathroom. Nice, simple charming decoration - not trying to be too modern. There are drinks and small packs of snacks available e.g. pot noodles, crisps sort of thing, to buy at Reception and a fridge in the room.

would have been nice if someone on hand to help with luggage. There is a lift but my room was down the corridor, my luggage was heavy with no wheels and I felt weak and tired after a long flight from UK. Maybe not to be assumed as an available service but I would have so appreciated it 🙏🏻

We liked the friendliness of the staff, the comfort of the room and the location. My partner used the laundry facilities and was very happy with the results of that.

I didn't like having to pay a deposit upon arrival. It wasn't made clear to me at booking time, and this was inconvenient iin terms of cash flow. The bathroom was a little small and the shower curtain imperfect.

Walking distance to Phuket downtown bus station where the public bus from the airport will drop you off. Friendly and welcoming staff, big room with a balcony, good AC, WiFi, comfortable big bed, everything very comfortable and clean. Walking distance to a lot of shops, restaurants, bars, travel agencies in Old Town Phuket.

Amazing location, very close to the central walking street. The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are very spacious and they clean them very nicely every day.

Their staff was truly helpful. She and her male friend saved us fr the dilemma and were able to catch up with our flight early in the morning.

Great value for money ! If it is just one night due to waiting for other transport it is great.

noisy AC (but wasnt a problem as room keeps its temperature well because of no windows)

air-conditioning leaked a little bit and the controller occasionally stopped working but other than that it was a perfect stay couldn't fault location etc!
