The quirkiness of the hotel The location is great, about 15 min walk from the main strip in Old Town. How accommodating the manager/staff were - we weren't happy with the first room we were given (this was at the front of the hotel which was just off a msin road), and was actually looking for another hotel we could stay at. In the morning, we asked the manager if there was another room we could move too, which she said there was. She took us up to the room to see if we were happy with it - it was a much bigger room and a lot quieter. We agreed to the room, and she was happy to exchange with no extra cost (a much bigger room).

The hotel location is exceptional..close to a 7/11, Laundry, close to a mall, just a walk to old town and close to two michelin star restaurants ❤️ The location is in a quiet location, away from the chaos and bustle. The Executive Deluxe rooms are spacious and clean furnished in a quite modern way quite different than the reception which has a Sino Portuguese vibe..The beds are comfortable and the cherry on top are the charging points on both sides of the bed.. Everything in the minibar is free.. has sufficient lighting and a good working comfortable AC. The staff are quite friendly but the lift is quite old. However we found the rooms very good and properly valued for the price as we travelled as a family of 4. Had a smooth check in and check out...Overall we had a comfortable stay at Sino House❤️ I wish it got more reviews as it deserves.

I wish it had a bellboy to help with our luggages.

Room - Very neat, spacious. Location - very good, if you want to explore old town. Food - Since we are vegetarians, there as not much choice available, we had to survive on the same bread butter, jam. Breakfast was served at our room - the best part was it was delivered on time. Which we truly appreciate. We did not see a restaurant, most of our food was exploring in the old town. Service and Staff - good. Helped us with our queries and provided guidance. We did not face any problem during the stay. Overall very good, Location, if you want to consider this place.

Breakfast option for Vegetarians are so less and same everyday, just bread, butter, tofu, salads.

The location of the hotel was really convenient. Opposite the hotel there is 7 eleven, self service laundry, cafe amazon which is opened by 7am, a cafe right in front of the lobby and a spa next to it. The room size is really good and it is very clean. They have international plug which is really convenient. The room is very quiet and the surrounding is very safe. The hotel is not too far from Thalang road, which is a street market on weekends and it filled with rows of restaurants, cafes and souvenir shops. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We arrived slightly late at night and asked the hotel staff for places to eat but he was not so friendly and said everything was closed but only 7 eleven. We found out on our own by taking grab that there are a lot more places which are opened for dining after 10pm.

Loved this place...they gave us an interlinking room with my party..which was great...big rooms, great everything. Its in a 70's square block and not a typical beautiful period construction in keeping with Old Town. But its hidden away behind trees..if u dont look at the outside, its wonderful because the rooms etc are so large. My favourite place so far to stay in Old Town. The only downside was they didnt do breakfast but we went to a place over the road and there are a million coffee shops around. There are 2 delightful places..a tea room amd a sushi restaurant outside too.

Above all, the staff were amazing. I was sick during my stay and the LOVELY LADY brought me coke and crisps without asking for anything. Such a lovely gesture. As for the facilities, the room was more like an apartment that had beautiful views of the city, a very comfortable bed, separate kitchenette and table and living room. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Breakfast served in the room. Just a few mins walk from Phuket Old Town.

Beautiful, spacious rooms. Large windows let bright daylight in, adding charm to the place. Comfortable bedding, excellent breakfast. Perfect location - can walk to the best spots in old Town. 10 min drive from the pier, so it was great for a short stay before I hopped on to the other islands.

The morning of my stay they had a malfunctioning leaf blower being used for cleaning the premises - about 2 hours of intermittent noise, very loud machine that totally disrupted the peace! Maybe it was a one off, not sure. Otherwise the place is near perfect.

Everything, the room was really spacious and also included free mini bar in the room whicch was very nice, the location was perfect where it was just a walking distance from the old town and close to all the restaurant but still have some privacy as the hotel is not right in the market which I prefer as the market can get very busy on a Sunday and car cannot get through.

Just I think we have a twin bed and join together as the double bed so I could feel some crack in between while sleeping but other than that all good!

Very close to Phuket old town, the room was spacious that included a microwave, kettle and unlimited soft drinks. Just opposite to 7/11 which is very convenient Pro tip: the massage center is excellent and had a 50% discount for Sino house guest which the reception did not even explain.

The front office could have been better. They are least interested in helping. We had to carry our luggage by ourselves, they refused to refill water at 10.30pm stating there is nobody from housekeeping.

Location is close to the old town ( a must go) within walking distance, and there is lots of tour agencies with reasonable prices Staff are super nice, we had a small issue with our room where the drainage were slow and they instantly changed the room and make sure we are comfortable and happy There is a spa next to the hotel which is really good and offer a discount to hotel residents.

Nothing huge but they don’t arrange trips, so you need to spare time to book with agencies in the town or prior to your visit, I will suggest town as the prices and itinerary are way better English is not too great, so can be a struggle sometimes but honestly they try their best. Breakfast is set menu however they are so flexible and you can easily mix and match between options
