Don’t be put off by the building’s outside appearance — step inside and you’ll be pleasantly surprised. The interior is modern, boutique-style, and spotlessly clean. My room was spacious with a very comfortable bed, smart TV with Netflix, and a generous shower stocked with complimentary gels. The private balcony with a table and chairs was a lovely spot to unwind. Daily housekeeping kept everything fresh, and the staff were always warm, friendly, and eager to help. It’s also great value for money, with a location just a 10-minute stroll to the charming old town. I would happily stay here again.

I liked how the welcome message from the staff had complete options on how to get to the property, and they were also very responsive to questions I had before arriving :) My private room was very spacious, clean, and complete! The free coffee and tea were already placed at the lobby for all guests, so I just had to make sure I took some tea bags if I wanted to drink them upstairs in my room. The location was perfectly within walking distance to the happening streets, but far enough that you start and end your day in a more quiet way. No breakfast with my room, but the staff (Puhn, if I spelled it correctly :P) had good recommendations for local restaurants, which were nice to try out! I stayed for 1 night each before and after my trip to Koh Lanta, and it was a great home base between traveling!

The property had 5 floors, but no lifts, so I just left my suitcase at the ground floor and brought my day bag with the essentials for each of my stay. At least it was just 1 night each. That was my only concern, but they would have been happy to help with bringing the luggage upstairs, I think. The older staff also spoke little English, so aside from the standard spiel, aided with their printed reminders, it was a bit tricky getting more tips and tricks for the area.

The hotel is in a very centric and ideal area in Old Town Phuket with easy access to tons of restaurants, coffee shops, stores, etc. The building is no too big but is perfect for the need. Has a rooftop with sofas, tables, chairs and lights. Pretty cozy. I loved there was daily cleaning and supplementary coffee, sugar, water and bathroom kit. Has a smart TV and small fridge. Bed was very comfy. When doing the check-in the reception gives you a map and recommendations around the area.

Everything was perfect except there was no window at all in the room. Felt pretty enclosed and zero natural light (unless you leave open the bathroom door but gets very noisy)

The room is very clean. The room service is very good. I did not expect there is room service, so the room was left messy with all my stuffs around the room before I went out in the morning. When I came back in the evening, everything is clean and tidy. They even helped me put my personal items into order. The bed is comfortable, much better than I expected. The staff at the reception is very nice. The location is not far from the central area of the town, but much quieter than the hotels in the town center.

There is not really anything I do not like.

The room was very good, comfortable, clean and big. The bed was extremely comfortable. The area is full of night bars with live music and restaurants. Markets were 10 min walking.

The structure has no elevator, which was a big minus for us considering we had a big luggage and we had to carry it on for three floors. The staff spoke barely English, enough to communicate properly but not enough to be helpful in suggestions and recommendations. They gave us a map though. Lastly, we thought the structure was better located to the pier for ferries, but it wasn't due to bad transports.

Nice hotel near Old Town, but not in the middle of everything. It's quiet at night since it's away from the bars/restaurants, but still only a 5 minute walk from Old Town. The staff is super friendly and helped me extend my stay. The room/linens were clean, the AC works well, no creepy crawlies or bugs, and the door locks are secure. There's an area with a bar/hangers, a desk area with a chair, and a TV. No breakfast, but tea/coffee offered in the lobby. Limited parking spaces in front of the door, but it looks like street parking is available.

Wi-fi is spotty (my conference calls for work would go in and out). There's no elevator so you have to haul your luggage up the stairs yourself. The tile in the shower area is a bit slippery when wet so be careful. The doors to the fire stairs are super squeaky and really loud -- the cleaning staff uses this door everyday for cleaning and sometimes they start as early as 10 AM. While the facilities are nice, I think it's a little overpriced for what's offered (but that seems to be the norm in Phuket).

Lovely property right near all the main streets in the Old Town. Bed was very comfy and a lot larger than expected, as it is two single beds pushed together. Water in the shower was hot and the room was very clean. Reception staff lovely and welcoming, slight language barrier but not a problem with google translate. The property has no lift so would be an issue with someone with mobility issues but we are young backpackers with no health issues so being on the 4th floor wasn’t an issue for us. Very good value for money.

Room and beds are clean which is the main reason for booking this accomodation. It is within 5mins walking distance to Old Phuket Town market.

The shower didn't come with a curtain and water was splashing everywhere. They also do not provide hand towel.

No lift but wasn’t that many steps

The hotel is in a great location close to the city center, a cute breakfast place, massage and money exchange. 7/11 is also a few minutes walking. The staff was nice and allowed us to check in 1h earlier. The room had basic equipment. They cleaned every day.

No elevator, the AC is right above the bed and causes discomfort at night, the bathroom gets all wet because there is no curtain, the street light was too bright in our window, hand towels and iron missing.
