Staff is very friendly, the look of the hostel is modern, they separate toilet from showers, easy check-in and check-out.

I did not like that the doors at the showers are broken (so the outside zone of the shower gets all wet), two shower heads are damaged, so it is really comfortable to shower in one shower our of 3, just one of the broken ones have a private mirror, i wich they had paper towels for hand next to the sink to dry hands. The hostel doesn’t have the vibe to integrate with others as a solo traveler.

The staff was very helpful, especially Fai. I used Google translate with the staff, and we were able to get information easily. The property does not have a lift and the rooms are located upstairs. Location is very good. Bed mattress was a bit hard and stiff. The room itself was very cramped up. Nonetheless for the money it's worth it. Not suitable for long stays. Great for backpacker's.

Water was provided only once (2x300ml bottles). The absence of a lift was bothersome, since the stairs are rather steep. The plug outlet was loose and my travel adapter kept coming out.

The staff was amazing !!! Every question I had was answered with a smile I'm traveling solo and I wasn't so familiar with the area I asked the receptionist if she have any recommendations and she offered me to go out with her and her husband for food and drinks it was really one of the best nights I had in Thailand I'm very grateful I was smart enough to choose this hostel to start my trip And I have to say again to the staff Thank you very much guys you really gave me the best starting point for my trip and I'll never forget our nights together ❤️❤️❤️

I liked that the staff has always been helpful. I am thankful to Swalaah (I hope I spelled it right) in the night shift for making it easy for me. They even guided me to make it a wonderful experience.

I think everything was good. But if there is something that they add is an option for food.

Absolutely superb hostel in the centre of Phuket town. Very close to shops, restaurants, bars and markets. Convenient for the airport bus (from Bus Terminal 1, 10 mins walk) and there is a local bus, between downtown and the out of town Bus Terminal 2, which stops directly opposite the entrance, and also at Bus Terminal 1. Staff were superb - friendly & helpful. Private room was clean and comfy - small, but very well laid out with everything you could need. Air con worked well, good water pressure on the 4th floor, and the shower had heated water. Nice communal area to sit in, free drinking water to help yourself to in the lobby, some basic kitchen facilities, fridges and laundry machines available. Will definitely stay here again!

Nice modern place to stay in Phuket old town. Very quiet in room. Bed was very comfortable and cosy. Place had a kitchen plus free drinking water. Although the place is in the old town there are very cheap buses that go to all the nice beaches within about a 10min walking distance from the hostel. I will say is that the room is very small with next to no storage so if you have a lot of stuff this can be a bit tricky!

A nice little compact room which met its purpose of just being a place to lay our heads at night. Great location in the old town.

The worst mattress I have ever slept on. I felt like my hips were bruised for a few days after due to sleeping on my side and my partner had a very sore back for a few days!

It was a good location near everything restaurant near by and next to a laundry. Room was very nice a bit of ants but not too bad. Ut was good in general

The hostel did not offer any tours and when I ask about certain tourist things they didn't know about it so that is the only thing I did not like much but other than that it was ok

Private room was nice and cozy.

No lift. No drinking water tap. It’s not a big deal. They can help saving lot of plastics just by providing a drinking water tap, so that anyone who wants to fill up their bottle can instead of buying plastic water bottles. Be more sustainable.
