An amazing guesthouse in a great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was spacious and clean. Great value.

The bed was very noisy after any movement and there was a bad smell that appeared to be coming from the A.C.

Our stay here was fantastic. The rooms were super clean, everything worked so well, the location is fantastic and the host is super friendly! He always greeted us with a smile and answered any questions we had. Our time here was simply a 10/10 and we came back a week later when we were in Phuket again. The indy market is just around the corner which serves amazing foods and the guest house is located in the main area of the old town, which allows you to walk around and explore it whenever you want. I strongly recommend this to anyone who is searching for a stay here.

There was nothing so complain about with this guest house!

We had a 4th floor room (top), a bit of a strange layout, but fine. The stairs were not a problem for us. Comfortable bed with extra pillows! Fridge, kettle, coffee fixings, soaps in shower. All very nice and clean.

I want to fall in line with all the reviews, but for two things; (1) there was a very loud, squeaky, screechy exhaust fan on restaurant next door - it was annoyingly loud until midnight. (2) the restaurant next door was a steakhouse and as much as I love a steak, the smell of the grilling was strong in the room and throughout the guesthouse….,too much

The best thing about this hotel is definitely its location! It takes you about 1min to walk to the famous street with the colourful buildings, but at the same time, the hotel is far enough away to be quiet at night. Furthermore there is a night market very close to the hotel as well that I highly recommend checking out. The receptionist was very helpful. The rooms have everything you need, but are definitely on the small side.

As I mentioned already, the rooms are very small and, moreover, this is not the hotel to come to for epic views (but we did not book it for that and therefore did not care). The only thing we really were not happy about were the beds, which were quite uncomfortable.

Nicely furnished and comfortable room, comfy bed and clean bathroom. AC works well. Lobby room has nice decor and very pleasant scent, it also has a water station to refill your bottle. Location of the guesthouse was perfect for us, just steps from the Sunday market and 10 minutes walk from the local buses taking you to the beaches, also very easy to take Bolt to any desired location. The best part is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and we were very happy to be able to extend our stay!

Shower has no curtain, so you might splash a little bit of water, but the bathroom is pretty spacious, so no big deal.

Nice clean, quiet room in a busy area close to lots of things. I liked the option for bedside lighting, not just overhead. There was enough storage space/surface area to spread our stuff out for our 3 day stay. They also had water already there for us, very nice! Staff was nice and friendly. Room was good value overall. Would be a 9 if the wifi was consistent while we were there

WIFI was spotty. We only used it at night but the staff goes home for the evening so nobody can help. It would go in and out every 5-10 min. Pretty annoying but we were only there for a couple days so I hope it is resolved for others.

Our stay was great! The hosts were kind, and the room was spacious, located on the first floor with access via stairs. We also had a closed balcony, which was a nice addition. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Old Town, making it very convenient to explore. We rented a car and had no trouble finding free street parking nearby. The area felt safe throughout our stay. Overall, a great place to stay in Phuket Town!

Location right in the centre of Old Phuket Town. Good and fast response. Duvet cover has a huge stain and was concealed by towel displayed on bed. Was promptly replaced by staff.

1. Most hotels provide 4 pillows but only 2 pillows provided. Two is fine but pillows are relatively flat n has no support for the neck. 2. Hand shower is ultra small size and seemed suited for showering toddlers? 3. (This item has nothing to do with the hotel) Phuket/Krabi are great tourist destinations and are both flooded with thousands of tourists during this peak season. Many retailers, food vendors and esp tuktuk drivers are unfortunately becoming extremely unfriendly and quite several charged exorbitantly with no regard to price references online or on apps. Many fellow tourists we met shared same bad experiences n find this experience a big deterrent to a return trips despite the many natural n beautiful places Thailand is blessed with...

Impeccable design. Comfy beds in a spacious room. Very strong aircon, rooms full of light. Very clean bathroom and good hot shower. Daily cleaning. The staff is fantastic, very kind, attentive and ready to help. The cafe downstairs is also very good, a bit pricey but the coffee and the sandwiches are worth the extra bucks. The guesthouse is super central,you can walk anywhere from here. The public busses are also within 5-10 min walk.

room had a decent size depending on what room type you booked. We stayed in both types and preferred the Superior King Room versus the Standard Double (those rooms are on the ground floor and feel very tight and kind of like in a basement). However, the price compared to what you get is incredible.

beds are a little bit too hard, but it's not a big deal for a short stay :) One thing we didn't like is that there wasn't a sleep mode on our AirConditioning and we were either freezing (as the air was blowing at our head) or were too hot if we turned it off.
