Good location for exploring the old town with lots of places to eat nearby. The hotel was quirky, with a lovely open air area by the fish pond where you could make coffee and eat at any time. We visited Phuket Elephant Sanctuary from here, which we pre-booked direct with the Sanctuary before arriving, including return transport. The hotel was well situated for the Sanctuary and the airport.

The staff weren't very forthcoming with us, but that may have been a language issue.

Location was perfect, staff were helpful when needed, and room was perfect for just needing a place to store my stuff and sleep. As a solo traveller I didn't need much space, but I would recommend booking one of the larger rooms available if you plan on either being more than one person or spending a ton of time in the room. I can't speak to breakfast because I never tried it.

To sum up it was great! The hosts do not speak english very well, but are so very friendly and helpful. Fortunately we could check in before 2 pm. We were helped and showed to the room. In the room water, toilet articles, just everything you need -(apart from safety box!)The hotel is small, simple and very authentic, is placed very central at the Thalang Road, we had a small balcony and could look down at the street. There is a small patio with fish downstairs. The hotel does not serve breakfast, but it is possible to get water and coffee in the morning. Greeeeaaat value for money.

Unfortunately we got a room above the street and it was not fun any longer, when my child 5 years old should sleep....but the street was peaceful at 11 pm. It is possible to hear others !!! As if they were in the room. Fortunately they went to bed early. My child was badly bitten by mosquitoes this night 😔 we used repeller, apparently not enough and now I worry about dengue fever. Please spray the rooms 🙏

The location of this guesthouse is perfect. It is centered in Phuket Old Town, surrounded by many souvenir shops, a travel agency located two doors away (which I highly recommend), and a clinic next door with an English-speaking doctor. There is also an ATM nearby for any emergency withdrawal. The staff were super friendly. Although they speak little English, we communicated well through a translator apps. I will definitely come here again!

AC was great

Cleaning service was coming once a day in the morning when we were still in bed. They did not come later in any day (and we stayed 4 nights), they just kept leaving water bottles under our door but no toilet paper, they also did not make up our room later in the day. The hotel should think about getting the „don’t disturb”/„please make up my room” signs and offer cleaning more than once a day in the morning - since not everybody leaves hotel with first rays of sunshine.

The guest house was amazing, located in a very central location and gorgeous neighbourhood in the heart of Phuket City. Even though the hosts didn't speak great English, it didn't matter as they welcomed me with a smile and we were able to figure everything out with kindness and good attitude. I couldn't get past how beautiful the building was on the inside! Loved everything, the wooden floors, the room aesthetics, spacious bathroom and very comfortable bed. The room was clean and fresh water and towels were provided daily. The small backyard with the pond of koi fish was a treat! It was the perfect place to relax with a hot coffee available after a long day of exploring. Overall amazing experience, I would highly recommend!

I loved the old feel—the wood floors, the stained glass, the staircases. I got the most basic room (standard queen) and it was small but suited me. It was clean and charming and the bathroom felt recently remodeled. For this room, the light comes through stained glass windows leading to the hall and an interior courtyard, so there’s no view, but I was on the third floor and there was plenty of light. The location is perfect, and it was a nice retreat to have while exploring Old Town.

Sound from the hotel seemed to travel from the courtyard, so if you’re a light sleeper, earplugs might help. And a sleep mask—there are no heavy curtains. Just some things to plan for so you can have as lovely a stay as I did.

Comfy beds, good bathroom. Fresh bottled water everyday. Great location in old town, next to lots of shops, cafes and 10 minute walk from Phuket Indy Market on every night. Air con worked perfectly, staff were nice enough. Amazing value for money.

It was a little loud in the mornings from the street, but it was sleepable at night.

at the very center of the city. go down and there's the night market. beautiful design very clean. nice pantry with koi pond. very calm.

we got a smaller room with quite literally no place to sit. just a small walkway from door to bed. but it was still comfortable. you can have your meal downstairs at the pantry.

The place has a no-nonsense approach and I liked it. No chit chat no unnecessary cheering just the blunt facts. Owners are a bit difficult with English but we could communicate just fine. They even let us use the little 'kitchen ' corner to have some tea in the morning. Also the place is right at the heart of old town. Rooms are a bit small but furniture is good and functional.
