Excellent location a short walk from.some great restaurants, bars, and night markets. No breakfast but plenty of options locally. Late check out time of 12 was really handy, and they even have their own rooftop bar.

Everything met or exceeded expectations, and for the price frankly I would not ask for more. The shower pressure and temperature were a bit inconsistent but nor the end of the world. The bed was a bit hard but that just seems to be a local feature, but still had a great night's sleep.

The hotel's location, cleanliness, and the attitude of the staff were all excellent. The design of the hotel is also very pleasant and cozy. Breakfast is included — yes, it's simple: a box per person with a croissant, a piece of fruit, and a juice, along with tea and coffee. Still, it was nice to have something in the morning. There is no elevator, which might be inconvenient for some, but we only had to carry our bags one floor up, so it wasn't a big issue for us. On our last night, there was some construction work in the canal right next to the hotel. The entire building shook with every move of the excavator until midnight, which made us a bit anxious. Thankfully, it was a one-time thing and apart from that, we had no problems during our stay.

I really liked the room service set up - new water and towels everyday left outside your door when do not disturb was up. The building was really cool with a rooftop bar and restaurant and bar downstairs. There was live music most nights but I didn't find it too bothersome - once in my room I could't hear too much - I think maybe the windows were soundprooofed. The air con was crazy strong which I loved. The bedroom was much larger than I expected and the tv was a really nice little bonus. Internet required sometimes switching but it was all free and worked just a little slow for uploading sometimes but fine for video calls etc the location is fantastic for the old town. The free bus has a stop right outside!

Front of house hours were a bit limited so I couldn't always find staff. For some reason I thought there was an elevator but when I arrived there was not. I was going to have to check out but the staff helped me with my bags. I think maybe the information was updated between me booking and staying. I have a disability and normally check these things so was really confused about that.

This hotel is in an amazing location within walking distance from pretty much anything you could want to do in the old town. Great restaurants and cafes within a few minute walk away. Spots nearby for currency exchange and ATMs. The hotel also acts as a bar at night and has a restaurant on the rooftop too which was cool. We didn't venture up but could hear fireworks being set off for new years day! Note Phuket Old Town is a 45 minute drive from the airport, so be sure to book your ride in advance if you want a decent deal (we booked it through Booking.com and everything went exactly as according to plan).

If you have a lot of luggage, this place does not have an elevator. So if you are older, unable too carry large items, this is not a good option for you. The rooms also get VERY warm while you are gone since power does not go to them. Luckily we had a fan and there are AC units in the rooms, but it can take awhile to cool back down after being gone for the day. Our shower head in our room kept falling off the hook the head was hanging on and spewing water everywhere, which was very annoying. So note that the bathroom floor will get soaked while you're in there, so don't leave clothes on the ground!!

I loved this place! The decor was hip and fun. I’d get lost just reading and looking at everything in the halls and staircases. The room was modern and clean. The safe, a/c, and bathroom were great. Location was perfect for exploring Old Phuket on foot and close enough to anything else you needed to catch a ride to. The staff was very efficient and kind and the rooftop bar and restaurant were a hidden gem!! I’d definitely stay here again.

Not a deal breaker, just sad truth about infrastructure in areas of Thailand - there’s a stinky polluted canal next to the property. You can’t smell it inside the hotel because the windows are locked, but it was sad to look out the window as a view to see. Directly across the street are abandoned buildings covered in graffiti due to business that didn’t survive COVID. Ok for healthy me, but there is no elevator. First set of rooms is through a hidden door on the second floor from the lobby/bar. Kinda fun but could be rough for someone who can’t climb stairs.

It’s a very different style than you’d find anywhere in phuket and it’s very affordable. Near old town and all the cute shops. It’s pretty far from paying which is where most of the parties and night life would be but the ride to paying was usually cheap so i wouldn’t worry. It’s also not close to the airport.

There weren’t any stairs. i had luggage and carried it to the thor’s floor. It’s not terrible or anything but it’s just important to note.

We spent 3 nights there. The place is really nice and everything in there is totally "instagramable" you will enjoy your stay there, especially - staff is awesome and friendly - the lobby is a really nice place to just hangout, eat, drink, play pool - you feel the chills and the vibe this place gives you - rooms are also nicely decorated and have modern style - big TV, comfy beds, fridge, bathroom.. What can i say, just nice to be there - the rooftop bar is nice to hang out as well

Not much actually, the only thing maybe is that the rooms are not that big but you won't have problems unpacking all your stuff

Just a few min walk from the walking street / street food markets, very central location. I thought the room was great value for money! The decor inside the building is very cool and quirky! The bedroom was small, but had everything you needed. The room was always clean and tidy, and staff were friendly.

There was an extremely strong chemical smell from the bathroom drain which was unpleasant. They also don’t provide soap in the bathroom, only shower gel and shampoo however this didn’t impact our stay!

I stayed in a family room, the beds were huge, there was also a big sofa, tv, air conditioner and a fan. They provided towels. Everything was cleaned and nice. There was also a kettle so we could make tea (no tea bags so buy/bring your own) We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, it's in the old town so we had to grab a taxi everywhere we wanted to go, but it was in the city, lots of cafes, shops around! And they had live music every night at the bar.

A bit far from all the attractions and beautiful beaches, we spent nearly 1 hour one way to every destination, it was also because of the traffic.

Great location, great value for price, beautifully styled and comfortable, cleaning great, staff very helpful abd friendly.

Small incident with some men (tourists!) at the downstairs bar on a Friday night, they were not hotel guests and tried to follow me (solo woman) into the closed off hotel part. I wouldn't let them in for my safety. Hotel / bar staff was not able to handle them, they were pretty agressive. Did not feel very safe.
