Early checking in without problems. Staff is helpful, especially with the laundry.

Location is at a busy road and the windows are thin, better bring ear plugs.

Everything about this hostel is really good. Perfect and spacious rooms with comfortable beds and great facilities. The staff were also very nice and helpful and are around from the morning till late evening. The bathrooms are also clean and well maintained by staff. The pool is also a nice touch, as well as it being in a very nice location in the old town. Great value for money! (Also this is a great place to stay for vegans/vegetarians as there are plenty of restaurants nearby!)

Only complaint about this stay was that the bed could get quite hot when the curtains are drawn as the air con might not be able to get through. Everything else was perfect

The hostel is located in old Town phuket and is within walking distance of all the major walking streets. We arrived before check-in and were able to leave our bags there until 3pm. The hostel has a very homey feel, with coffee/tea/water available in the kitchen area. Note that shoes are not allowed past the lobby anywhere in the hostel. Overall, this was one of the best hostel experiences - towels and basic toiletries (shampoo, soap, q-tips) were available, as well as daily housekeeping services. They also provide towels for the pool (or any daytrips to the beaches).

The windows on the street do not block out any street noise- although our windows were closed, we could hear cars passing by at regular volume. Fortunately, we were too tired in the evenings and this did not impact our sleep.

The accommodation is great to go downtown, if you want to see some sights or beaches you need around 30 minutes by car/scooter to get there (depending on the traffic). The room is clean, you get towels as well. The pool is a bit small but nice.

Most staff members didn't speak English well, they were able to do the check-in but weren't able to talk to you further if you had questions like where to find sth. They tried to help nevertheless and used the Google translator for it

One of the best hostels I've stayed in! The pods are very private feeling, comfortable and spacious. Air con works super well. Bathrooms were accessible from the room (although shared with another dorm room). Everything was super clean and they even changed the beds and towel during my stay! Kitchen area is nice and clean. Location is excellent and there's also a self service laundry right next door.

Well positioned on the edge of old town, easy walking distance from the old town, temples and museums. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Very good value for money. Small pool on the roof was good for hot days. Laundry adjoining the foyer made washing very easy.

Our room was comfortable but up on the second floor and had no windows.

I stayed in the female dorm, we had our own bathroom. There was a pool on the rooftop, the towels were changed every day and the beds were made. Laundromat next door. Prime location in old town.

The locks and the doors were a bit wobbly, so you had to be very careful to not be noisy when closing them.

The location was great, not too far from the pier and just a block away from the Weekend night market. I stayed in the female dorm, the towels were changed every day and our beds were made. The rooftop pool was a great addition!

The wooden doors were hard and loud to close.

Clean room with good sized bed and bathroom. Nice to have the pool on the roof that is open until 7pm so we got to watch the sun set in the pool

No window in the bedroom meant it was very dark as soon as the lights were off. There was a door to a shared balcony and our next door neighbour used it to smoke which made our room smell of cigarettes
