Fantastic location a few streets away from the action so relatively quiet. Clean large room, with blackout curtains, comfortable bed. loved the roof top pool, night market out front on a Saturday night and everything is walking distance away. Enjoyed finding the street art from the map, although some are not easy to find or not there anymore #1, #10, #13 (the map needs updating).

Hallways were noisy, you could hear anyone talking or walking around (woken up at 3am one night by a guest) bring your earplugs. Would be nice to have some recommendations for local restaurants, massage places and sights.

The hotel is located near old town, just a few minutes walk. Cafes and restaurants are everywhere within walking distance. You’ll never starve haha. I’ve requested to add an extra bed as there’s 3 of us and there’s still enough walk space. The facilities in the room are working fine and good. Beds are comfy with clean sheets. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

Excellent location! Right in the middle of Old town Phuket, lots of shops, restaurants options and close to night Sunday Market. Rooms are spacious, very clean and comfy beds. It has a nice pool, but we didn’t use it.

About the property everything was ok, the only bad experience we had was on check out, they tried to say one pillow was dirty when it wasn’t, it felt like they just wanted to keep the deposit which was $40 CAD - we would have said 10/10 but we felt like at the end they tried to ripped us off with the deposit. We went to check and show them that nothing was dirty

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property is clean, beautifully designed, and feels fresh and modern. The staff was truly outstanding—always attentive, smiling, and ready to assist with anything. The room exceeded my expectations—spacious, bright, and stylish, with daily housekeeping that kept everything spotless. It was a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The only small downside was the breakfast, which was a bit repetitive, but overall, it was still decent.

We are lucky to have found this gem of a place inside historic Phuket Old Town. The hotel is new, squeaky clean, beautiful and quiet. We stayed for our working week on Phuket - the while week we had to work remotely. And this hotel was a perfect option for us. The Wifi signal was strong and stable. The room itself: we had asked for a room upstairs with an open balcony and a nice room on the pool level was generously prepared for us by the hotel staff. There are open balconies (small but cozy and with nice wicker chairs to sit and enjoy the pool view). Very clean + the cleaning staff really do the work well! TV works with English and Russian channels included. Thermostat is perfectly controllable - works like a clock. The bed is big, comfortable, with 4 pillows and 2 cushions. Two bedstands with a desk lamp. USB ports near the sockets to charge your phones. All sockets work well. There is a big long desk/table, which was a blessing for us to work at. A fridge, a safe, a kettle, replenishable coffee, milk powder, sugar and tea. Bathroom: Standing shower with switching modes. Unlike typical Asian showers where water freely floods the whole area while showering, the shower here is a tad deeper, which prevents the water from flowing out. Since everything is new, we didn’t have any mould problems. We once had a sewage smell from the toilet, it was gone then, though. Towels and bed linens are new, clean and thick. Beach towels for the pool are also provided. The pool is clean, with salty water, cleaned every evening. There are plenty big recliners and small chairs to chill by the pool. It is on the 3rd floor, from the pool you see the beautiful fassade of the hotel and the central Phuket Town.

We were a bit caged in the hotel. First, we worked from midday till midnight. And second, a tip to future travellers - Phuket Town is a bad location to live in if you want to go to the beach. Kata beach, for example, is a 40 min drive away. But for Phuket town explorers the location is perfect- the night market and old streets are all round the corner. As mentioned before, there was a smell from the toilet - maybe a technician had better check it out. We were a bit saddened by the fact that the pool actually closes after 20:00. Some previous reviews said it’s open late at night - be aware that it’s not true.

Loved the location, very walkable! Liked the way the hotel looked and the room was a very good size. Pool was nice and property seems well looked after. They left us the sweetest Anniversary design in our room! The staff was knowledgeable and kind. I really liked the book inside of the room that shared the history of the hotel. The bed was MASSIVE!!! They left a cute design our bed that we really appreciated! Very close to pier for ferries and speed boats. About 40 mins from airport.

Breakfast was a bit boring, parking lot view was a bit sad. It felt to be lacking an atmosphere.

Super clean and spacious room. Aircon was very cold which was good because Phuket gets hot! Staff at reception were super nice always saying hello and helping us with anything. Restaurant looked nice as well however we didn’t try it out as there are lots of options in town. Great location, close to many restaurants and sightseeing places. It is also in the same building complex as a few restaurants and beauty salons so that is convenient as well. Pool was also lovely with lots of seating to relax. Security guard was so nice and said hello to us every time we walked past. We will definitely come back!

The hotel resembles pictures exactly. Location was good - less than 5 minute walk to the Sunday markets. There’s also ample cafes, restaurants and massage places around. Despite the busy area, the hotel was tucked away so street traffic was barely audible. The staff were lovely. Facilities were clean and beds were comfortable.

Only downside is the walls are thin so you can hear everything that goes on in other rooms. We never tried room service as there were plenty of options close however their hotel restaurant had weird hours. Room service and restaurant is only opened between 10:30am - 2pm.

Beautiful hotel with an interesting history. Room was very large and bathroom a great size. Couch area and desk area was very handy to have. Pool was lovely and fun to swim in with the infinity edge looking out over the driveway. Bed was very large and comfortable. Water provided everyday which was appreciated. The location was fantastic. Easy access to all the Old Town cafes, shops and restaurants. I loved walking the adjacent streets.

There was a smell from the bathroom each time we came back from being out. Maybe a plumbing problem. But leaving the light/fan on helped alleviate it after time.
