Very efficient and friendly receptionist. Fast and smooth check-in. Excellent housekeeping team. Rooms are immaculately clean. Pool was not too busy, offered us some privacy, and bar staff were friendly and great with kids. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. The beds were too comfy, we did not want to wake up.

Some of the breakfast buffet servers were great whilst some would need to smile more and be more friendly and enthusiastic with their job. When we had seafood dinner buffet, the server who punched in our bill had to correct the invoice and was not too happy about it. Breakfast buffet should offer more halal options. Not much variety as well...almost same dishes served everyday. Ordered room service and had to follow up a number of times until we receive the order already cold. Hotel apologized and offered 50 percent discount on what we ordered. I still highly recommend the hotel especially if you are looking to stay and relax in Phuket, away from the hustle and bustle. Courtyard is a must stop.

The hotel is located within walking distance (3-5 min) from the old down of Phuket. While doing the search prior to booking, it was really a struggle to find a good option and after being there, I am happy with my choice. The room was spacious, bed very comfortable, excellent variety at breakfast or even when dining in. An advice if you are confused where to book in Phuket and it’s your first time like me: dont stay many days in old town, otherwise you’ll end up taking daily commuting to the other regions. I recommend spending 1-2 days there and the rest around Pathong in a calm area.

Upon checking in, we were asked to make a deposit of 4000 baht which was not announced prior to arriving and it needs to be settled in cash (not card). It would have been better to be informed about it especially that we did not have yet cash upon arrival. Not a big deal and the reception team were accommodating and flexible about this.

We stayed here for 2 weeks and had a great time. Our room was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The pool area on the 4th floor was great for relaxing and swimming. On the same floor is also a gym - there isn't a lot of equipment, but it is enough to get a good workout in (Smith machine, crosstrainer, treadmills, a bike and some dumbbells). They also offer some classes for free, like Yoga, Stretching and even Muay-Thai. We had 7 Muay-Thai lessons with our instructor Pom and it was a blast! In only 7 lessons we learned so much and had so much fun. Pom was very eager to teach us as much as possible. Thank you so much Pom for your time and kindness. Also all the other hotel stuff was very friendly and courteous. The hotel also offers a very good breakfast - you have a lot to choose from and will definitely find something that suits you. Nevertheless there could be more vegan options. (Some of the vegetarian options, unfortunately are made with fish sauce) Phuket Old Town is right around the corner, the hotel couldn't have a better location. The big mall (Central Festival), with a lot of shops and a big supermarket, is only a 15min scooter ride away. If you are looking for a great hotel in Phuket, with a good location, delicious breakfast, beautiful pool area, comfortable rooms and nice staff - don't look any further. 😊

The water temperature in the shower is automatically changing. Even if you choose warm water, sometimes it just changes to cold or burning hot. On the first day I unfortunately stepped into a broken glass piece that was on the bathroom floor (apparently it wasn't properly cleaned). Things like that can happen, but a little more attention would have prevented this incident.

Excellent location and good size rooms. Very friendly staff. New facilities that were recently renovated. Free parking and good sized gym facilities.

Breakfast selection is very limited for Muslim guests - no halal labelled section and too many pork dishes mixed with the other options. I would recommend a separate table for all halal options.

Very friendly and helpful staff. No trouble to help out during my stay. Hotel well located, quiet but safe. Shopping is just 15 minutes walking distance. Great massage place nearby and a nice cafe near by with very good Thai needles. I asked to stored excess luggage I do not need for my next five day catamaran trip. Staff helped me out with no fuss or hesitation. Staff cannot be more helpful.

The bath room is big but full of chance of accident, The bedroom and the bathroom is not on the same level and I nearly had a fall stepping into the bathroom without noticing the different level. Management needs more thoughts to avoid customers slipped in the shower. Should have rubber matt on the floor and a handle on the wall in the shower. Water leaked out from the shower to make the floor even more slippery. Preventive is better than accident.

Staff ARE super FRIENDLY AND MOST HELPFUL. Large toilet with room to move **** note comment below . Water is hot and strong. air condition is functional. I stayed a few days before and I rechecked in after 5 days at sea. I was able to store excess luggage in the hotel during my absence. As soon I arrive the second time, my stored luggage re appeared without me asking. 100% helpful and considerate staff and hotel.

*** The bulk toiletry supply in the shower is hard to pump out the necessary quantity of liquid and these bottles were placed and fixed on the wall in an awkward hight and position. Need a non slip rubber matt on the shower floor to prevent slipping in shower. Shower need a handle to hold to make sure there is a grip. One major danger is the bedroom and bathroom are not on the same level and I nearly trip stepping onto the bathroom.

I had a memorable honeymoon here. Instead of booking a king bed room on the app because I couldn’t find one available, the staff offered to change it for me. The enthusiasm of all the staff is truly appreciated. Thank you guys

The breakfast was outstanding, and I truly appreciate the housekeeping team's efficiency. Most notably, the lobby staff exemplified the level of service and hospitality that defines the Marriott brand. I really enjoyed the breakfast. The housekeeping staff was impressively efficient, and the lobby team went above and beyond, reflecting the high standards I've come to expect from Marriott.

It is a pity that the swimming pool closes early. With a better temperature setting in the later evening, it'll be perfect to enjoy the pool together with the drinks at the bar.
