The property is in a good location; just a short walk into the old town and is decorated beautifully. The rooms were spacious and clean and so was the lobby area. The staff were amazing here; they helped us book our ferry to Phi Phi, told us a great place to go for food, and helped us find somewhere for laundry as well as somewhere to send a parcel home.

The only downside to this property were that the ceilings were quite low and the only window faced a wall so if we were there for a longer stay it may have bothered us but as we were only there for 2 nights it was fine.

I liked this hotel! The only thing that bugged me was that the walls were so thin I could hear everything and I don't know wether every single other guest were being loud but I assume it was more to do with the walls being paper thin! Also my had a window which was blacked out which was fine for me since I never spent any great time in the room but I feel if you are there for any length of time and maybe want a chill out day, that would maybe get to you! Apart from that I had a great stay and the staff couldn't have more helpful. I'd definitely return but just bring some earplugs! Also I don't know if it states anywhere but there isn't any lifts, this didn't bother me but if you've got kids or are unable to do stairs then this would be an issue.

Excellent location, delicious breakfast, amazing customer service, friendly and very helpful staff from front desk and housekeeper.

No elevator and I was in the last floor 😞 many stairs It was my mistake because when I saw the photos I saw only 2 floors, so I said, 2 floors I can do it and I did not requested lower floor. The surprise was The third floor is not really the third floor, it turns out to be the fourth floor. And with the house full, the girls at the reception couldn't move me, so I couldn't go up to the room except once at the end of the day because the pain in my knees was intense with so much climbing.

Modern look and clean environment. Mini bar in the room with complimentary water and snacks. The staff were really polite and friendly and there was always someone at the reception, even at night. They also have a foot massager made of coconut in the room.

The only downside is that the walls are very thin, so if you have noisy people walking down the communal corridor you can easily hear them, but absolutely not an issue, we slept like babies. Well done The Blanket Hotel.

Beautiful decor, great breakfast. Lovely little lounge area downstairs to relax. Friendly staff. Room was comfy and lots of English channels on the tv. Great location in Old Phuket town. Very clean. Will stay again, highly recommended.

We had a corner room with no view, so the room was a bit dark. Recommend to upgrade to a higher room type on the top floors. No pool which would have been a bonus but considering its a heritage building this doesn't allow. Also no elevator which we were aware of (typical in Asia), but staff helped carry bags upstairs.

We got an early check-in, the room was clean and functional, and the hotel is within walking distance to the main hub of the Old Town. There's also an excellent dessert restaurant around the corner!

Overall we had a good time but didn't feel that the staff were particularly friendly - some of them were, but others wouldn't even acknowledge us when we came in, which was not in line with out experiences elsewhere.

Very clean, nice touches with the packets of ear buds and make up remover pads, water in fridge and a few snacks, staff were amazing and the breakfast was really good. Good value for the money, very well situated and they have 2 very large maps on the first floor landing that gives you, on 1 all the places to eat in the area and 2 all the places of interest, very handy.

I know I wouldn't get a view, but didn't realise the windows would be screened out completely, so no natural light at all

Thin walls (you can here everything from other rooms), extremely low ceiling, small window, no natural light, very basic design, my first impression of the room was prison cell, breakfast is very small, not big choice and lasting too short, also I had a problem with hot water

Excellent location. Brilliant for ordering taxis. Very clean. Very modern. Lovely staff.

Not a single drawer to put anything in. A few hangers but no space to hang anything. A few shelves that are really narrow. No shelves in bathroom. Badly designed rooms basically.

Staff were very helpful and patient though. We had a late check in . Breakfast pack was ready for us for early departure to tour next morning. Baggage storage on check out was a great help too. Rooms were clean n comfy. Beds heavenly ... after very long flights and long days . Well situated and easy to walk around town at all hours. Breakfast was the best!!! Loved the decor and the cute words and saying!!! We will come back. .
