The cleanliness, accessibility of transport, the itinerary suggestions by the host, the comfort, boat booking, the vibe, everything was on point :)

Honestly the best hostel I've been to in Thailand so far. Immaculately tidy and clean, the beds are comfy, and the lady at the reception is warm and helpful. No hesitation to help out on furthering your travel and to give you information on where to eat or what to see. I only stayed very briefly but would have stayed longer had the next day not been sold out and I wasn't trying to get to the islands so quickly. The place is also near food markets and restaurants so plenty of places to choose from. A 100% recommend in Phuket.

Clean, comfortable and wide beds, very friendly owner, excellent location, old building with lots of character (the common room upstairs is very nice). Access to a kitchenette with filtered water is a plus. I very much enjoyed my stay there!

The door of my dorm was very noisy, which was a problem whenever someone would come back late at night. There was a bit of noise coming from a bar on street level (below the hostel), but thankfully it closed at an acceptable time (maybe before midnight if I remember well). The door of some lockers is hard to lock because the two metal parts are misaligned - a bit of maintenance is needed on these.

The location is perfect. The staff is very friendly. The room and beds are comfortable ☺️☺️

The staff was really friendly, warm, kind and went out of their way in making sure we had a comfortable stay. They helped us get in touch with companies for tours and negotiated with them on our behalf to get good prices. They cleaned the room, shower and toilet regularly and made prompt fixes wherever needed. They gave us great recommendations for restaurants, markets etc. Delighted with the overall experience of staying here!

The host is such an amazingly kind person. She suggested me many things to do in phuket, helped with my next trip with the bookings and also I could extend my stay for longer. The room is great, with a good ac, space to store your baggage and comfortable bed with a towel. Bathroom is okay and they clean everyday, but maybe due to flow of people, it wasn't the best, but pretty fair for the price. Finally, the hostel is well located, with many night markets, restaurants and etc nearby, and it's easy to come from the airport (the host also helps with this).

A hostel in a Colonial building, which gives a great vibe. The personel is very kind and helpful, they gave us nice recommendations to which beaches and islands is worth going and how to do that. The hostel is in the old town, so it's close to the most pretty streets of Phuket. Nearby there are also bus stops to the beaches and bus terminal. It is not loud at night, which was a positive surprise. You pay on the arrival, cards are accepted.

Exceptionally welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. The location is amazing - central old town with most local attractions in walking distance. There’s lots of wonderful food places and walking markets very close with one especially on Sunday which can’t be missed. The beds are comfy, rooms large and bathrooms/showers are probably the best you’ll find across any hostel. To top it off the overall building is a stunningly beautiful, old and well kept place which was a pleasure to stay in

Anna is a national Thai treasure who knows how to make guests feel welcome and well looked after. Her personality and local knowledge allows guests to enjoy their visit to this hostel and Phuket to the full. Location is convenient to the Old Town with all of its attractions and activities. The upper floor common area is bright, breezy and spacious.

Limited kitchen facilities, but that is not really an issue as local food options are plentiful and inexpensive.
