My arrival was dealt with very quickly and professionally by the staff. I was given a lovely welcome drink and was shown how to operate the key card system and escorted to my room. The room was quaint. Clean throughout and had all the facilities that I needed for my stay. I stayed in room 7 which was on the ground floor. It did have a small window and Aircon. It also had a flat screen TV with Netflix which was great!! The bed was comfortable and I felt well rested.

The shower room is minute. The walk in shower took me a little time to work out, as there were no instructions as to how to operate it. Peaceful room until the maid who cleans the room goes up and down the stairs which are right above the room. And the sound of the boiler or Aircon that is hidden under the stairs right next to the room is a bit of an issue.

It is a cute boutique! Very happy we got to stay here in the pool villa for 3 nights. I love that you walk through a flower shop to enter the hotel. It smells so nice and it's a beautiful and welcoming entrance! The staff were very nice and accommodating. Bed is super comfy. I loved the breakfast! You never know what you will get each morning. It's a happy surprise! And it was tasty! If you do get the breakfast included, make sure to let them know your allergies in advance! I loved the pool and used it every day. It was only a downer that sometimes the water in the pool emptied half way, not sure why? But the staff fill it up when you ask. We also got the floating high tea for the pool and it was so cute and delicious! I LOVED IT! The area itself is gorgeous. You definitely need a couple nights here to explore the area. Make sure to stay on a Sunday if possible to experience the Sunday Night Market! Def recommend staying here at this cosy boutique hotel!

The photos on here do not look like the new upgrade on the villa. I have attached photos to my review to see the new upgrade. I was confused when we checked-in. I went back to the reception and asked if we got the same room! They kindly told me that they had updated the villa and have not yet updated the pictures on the website. I do like the before better because there was a lot more style, colour, fun, brightness, lively and furniture/tables/decoration/plants on the outside/pool area. The new upgrade is still very cute and we enjoyed it, though they do need to add more to the outside area to live up to its reputation as before.

Great location for staying in old town. I wouldn’t recommend more than 2 nights in this area unless you are a city person. We were just there for one night and it was perfect. Room was big and nicely styled. They brought our luggage up which was nice. Breakfast was local cuisine so it was nice to try! The welcome drink was a very nice touch after a long travel day. Cute shop below. Nice staff.

But of a wet smell in the shop downstairs but I think that is common for everywhere here as it’s a very humid country! Just mentioning in case that really bothers someone but it did not bother me.

Located perfectly in Old Town Phuket which cute cafes in walking distance. The staff is unbelievably friendly. We got a room upgrade which was so lovely. Walking through the florist every morning with the smell of fresh roses was such a nice experience.

The outdoor shower for our room was broken before we arrived which was a bit sad. It was also odd to have fake plastic flowers in the skirting board of our room when there is a real florist below. This was an odd touch to the cute minimalist rooms which you don’t see in the photos. Besides that there’s nothing negative to say.

The hotel is beautifully located above a florists & cafe who take pride in their creativity and decorations. The rooms are very big and modern with aircon and a fridge available. The hotel also kindly offer complimentary drinks on arrival and snacks

There isn’t anything we disliked. From the pictures on booking.com it did seem that there would be a pool available however upon arrival we were advised this was for the villa guests only so maybe making that known on the profile would be useful but other than that all excellent and attentive.

We stayed in the Villa and it was lovely. The staff were all really helpful and there wasn’t anything they couldn’t do for you. Lots of complimentary snacks and water daily and the villa itself was very spacious, modern and clean. The location was perfect, walking distance to the hustle and bustle but set back so you couldn’t hear it.

The only thing I would say is that it would be better to have a door on the toilet and a curtain on the shower to offer a bit more privacy

It was like walking into a lived in luxury LA home, the decor the fish the pool all picture perfect ! I was gutted I couldn’t eat there but I seen some cakes being served an loved how it was a florist in the day time just unreal set up staff were so friendly, room was perfect for a good night sleep , location was on main old town road. Felt like home 💕

I checked in very late an tired so felt confused doing self checkin but the team supported me an I got there so if you can checkin in the opening times will be much more easier but I couldn’t get out of the shops beforehand because they closed at 9pm so wanted extra shopping time

I did one night here as I had an excursion early the morning. I ended up flying in later than expected and Pavida was gracious enough to offer an airport pickup. ( $800 baht which seemed reasonable) Late check-in went a little sideways as another guest had taken my room key by accident. Pavida was quick to respond even though it was late and got it all taken care of within the hour. The room was small but very tastefully decorated and CLEAN. Facilities were up to date and modern. A pretty good location. Within comfortable walking distance to the town center and nightlife, food etc. All in all good value for the money. Would definitely stay again next time in town.

Not sure if its a con, but it's inside, in the back of a flower shop. If you have allergies etc. this might not be the place for you as you have to walk through the flower shop to get to the rooms. Not a whole lot to complain about. Worked well for my 1 night stay.

Beautiful hotel on top of a flower shop/cafe. The staff is lovely and accommodating. Smells amazing every time you walk through the front door. We had our room upgraded for free. The room was spacious, nice interior decor and balcony. Comfy beds. Complementary coffee and snacks are provided on the first floor.

The only thing was the shower flooded a little.

The communication with the team at Isara was great even before we arrived. And everyone we met was lovely! The location is amazing, just a few minutes' walk from the night market, but you don't get any of the noise, which was great. We were upgraded on arrival, and the room we got was amazing! Huge and comfy bed, AC working perfectly, chromecast, terrace with a bathtub! Would definitely book again!
