The property is walking distance to old phuket city. Staff were friendly and polite, especially Juliet. They made our stay comfortable as best as they could. They had buffet breakfast with a good variety. Very comfortable beds & pillows. Quiet at night so we could have a very good sleep. Room Was clean.

Cleanliness of the corridors. The carpets were dirty. There were cobwebs on the room ceiling. The bathroom tap was shaking but when we complained the cobwebs got cleaned and the tap was fixed. However after couple of days it started shaking again. We could hear mice on the roof byiting into the wood. We expected a better standard from a 4 star hotel.

We used the hotel as our base to book tours to islands so we didn’t really stay in old town most of the time . The hotel has great location to explore the old town and everything is in walking distance . Spacious rooms and very friendly and helpful stuff . Perfect for families and people that don’t want noisy and crowded places like Patong .

The hotel is a bit old compared to other 5 stars hotels. Phuket old town is great for families but if you want more city life and night life then you should go to Patong or other places .

Everything was simply perfect – from start to finish. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with incredibly comfortable beds that ensured a great night’s sleep. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive – they really went out of their way to make sure my stay was the best it could be. I felt truly welcomed and at home. As for the food – it was absolutely delicious! Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and diverse. I haven’t had such great cuisine in a long time. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with my stay and am giving this hotel a solid 5 stars. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality and a pleasant stay. This hotel is one of the biggest hotels in that area where it is located in close proximity to the downtown markets; thus making it easy just to walk for five minutes or so in order to reach the market. The rooms are spacious; clean and tidy; the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is also clean. The place overall is quite; and nearby to all services including 7 eleven. Swimming pool and gym center are also available. The restaurant is located in floor-19; with very nice view to the city. Overall; recommend hotel; especially for those who want peace.

The breakfast can be improved by providing more choices of bread and other stuffs that can make the breakfast more suitable for Arab people. At least when having some Arab guests such consideration to be taken in mind. Further; the music at the breakfast time so noisy and very disturbing. I don't know who wants that music like that?? For me; at all I didn't come for that hustle and bustle.

The staff were extremely friendly and attended to all our needs. We booked the Executive Suite which is very generously sized. Beds and living room sofas are extremely comfortable, the suite is thoroughly clean with a huge ensuite master bathroom. We enjoyed a great city view, and there's a beautiful mountain and greenery view next to the lift lobby. The gym facility is definitely as big and sufficient as stated by other reviews. The restaurant and bakery has a great selection of food, and we were glad to have included the breakfast buffet in our stay. Location-wise, it is situated in Phuket Town, near enough to enjoy the Sunday Night Market, shops and restaurants there. And yet, we are appropriately distanced away from all the activity and nightlife to enjoy a peaceful night in our hotel room. We also really enjoyed the live music performance from the lady singer at night as she lifted up the whole hotel ambience with her amazing singing. We would definitely return again in the future.

The location is nice and within walking to most of the touristy old town areas. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The whole place was old old old. The furniture felt old and the lobby felt old as well. The restaurants were quite expensive for an old hotel and the spa packages were also expensive. In general, everything felt old and overpriced for a hotel that isn't a name brand.

The staff were very welcoming, especially Julia who was very helpful in organising taxis and generally looking after us. The location of the hotel is excellent for Old Town. The entrance foyer is grand and impressive. We liked the rooftop bar too. It was wonderful for watching the sunset. Our room was large and on a corner with large windows so we had excellent views of the town and the coast. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was brilliant. There was plenty of storage space. The swimming pool was a nice bonus and the gym was very well equipped - excellent facilities. If we visit Phuket again, we would definitely stay at this hotel again. Thank you for a great stay.

The room was a little dated but was clean and well maintained so it was not an issue.

The hotel is very near the city center (walking distance) and to several restaurants, so the location is very good for those wanting to visit the historical part of the city and to go on tours. The rooms are very spacious, with a comfortable bed. The decoration is more in the classical (old) style, but I do not see a problem with that. The bathroom is good. The pool is big, and the view from the rooftop bar is very nice. The breakfast is good, with lots of food options. They provide beach towels, which is nice.

Although the breakfast room is big, the hotel receives big groups of coach tours that floc together to the breakfast at some given times. So it can be difficult to get a table to sit when all tourist from a group are there at the same time.

I had to change the date of one of my nights stay, so was staying same number of nights except one night was a different date. Agreed with staff member change and then advised by manager they did not have authority. I had to pay extra night . I have lodged a complaint with CEO and awaiting outcome.

The property is very well located close to the downtown Phuket. Bus transportation is just one block away. The staff is amazing always trying to answer any question the best way possible. All requests we had were solved in a timely manner. I think we used all the extras they offered including the pool, gym, breakfast and Spa at an additional cost.
