View was nice, room was also very clean. Provided water, soap, shampoo etc. Balcony provided a nice view and the room was spacious. Check in was super easy, even when arriving past predicted check in time. Staff were very nice, and the location is a huge benefit! Close to a 7/11, and close to the heart of old town which is filled with beautiful buildings, shops, and great restaurants. Grabs anywhere further (even 45 min to freedom beach) were still quite inexpensive. Additionally, close to the pier - so taxi /transport was quick and inexpensive as well!

Wet room style bathroom just means water from the shower will get quite far.

The room was clean and spacious and the beds really comfy. We liked the nice modern design. Convenient location close to the old town. Overall good value for money.

It would be useful if there were some additional hooks for towels and clothes in the bathroom. The room got quite hot and the air condition needed a bit long to cool it down.

The ideal location in Phuket Old Town and very reasonably priced can't fault this hotel at all. We enjoyed our stay here. We went to the coffee shop next door for breakfast every morning, which was very good as well.

Can't think of anything we didn't like.

I don't know who does the laundry but it's so lovely to climb into a fresh bed that smells sooooo good! ❤️Super easy check in. ❤️The free beverage area is such a nice touch. ❤️Roof top is a great spot to eat some breakfast. ❤️Kind staff ❤️ Walking distance to old town and loads of good restaurants. ❤️Room is so lovely and relaxing.

Staff are super friendly and always going out of their way to help you in any request you may have. There is no breakfast included but the fruit and cookies from the front desk are more than enough for a quick start in your day. This is not a 5 star hotel but you get the best quality for their price range and it is super clean. It close enough from downtown Phuket to walk but far enough that you wont have any noise or crowds outside you hotel. It is ideal if you are going to spend the days outside in tours or beaches and you want a clean, safe and calm place to relax at the end of the day.

Excellent location

The staff here are so helpful. I was really grateful they were able to help me organise a reasonably priced transfer to the airport. The location of the hotel is great, you are within a few minutes walk of the Old Town which is a really nice area of Phuket. Little touches such as a refrigerator in the room and the snacks and hot drinks available at the reception are really appreciated. Tbe beds were come comfortable and the room and surrounding area always kept lovely and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

My room was near the loft and you could hear a loud thud when it was coming and going which was a bit of a In at night, but cannot really be helped. Other than that, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like here.

We had a lovely 3 night stay at this cozy hotel. The room was simple with basic amenities, and the towels and linens were changed daily. There is a little snack corner in the lobby with complimentary bread, bananas, cookies, and tea/coffee. The vending machine in the lobby was a lifesaver for our late night cravings as there is no convenience stores outside the hotel. The location is fantastic less than a 5 minute walk to the old town and there are a couple of cute cafés right outside the hotel that were perfect for breakfast. A special shoutout to the super friendly and helpful receptionist (I wish I got her name). She went above and beyond to arrange a bike for us at the last minute on New Year’s Day and kept us updated until it arrived. She also helped us book a taxi to the airport on our last day.

The only small downsides were the lack of a full-length mirror in the room and the bathroom water being more lukewarm than hot. But overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location is great and the personel working at the Hotel was very friendly and spoke good english. The rooms were being cleaned daily and the free water was given to you even if you forgot to put the 'clean room' sign. One specific feature that I really liked was the vending machine that sells essentials like a toothbrush for example and some noodles and cooled drinks. The variety of available beers in the vending machine were a big plus for me. Especially realizing that the nearest 7/11 is 15 minutes walking distance away.

some very minor things are: the shower head holder was damaged so that the shower head was not very stable positioned. The closely located traffic intersection could get a bit loud especially with the traffic worker blowing his whisle all the time.
