The location was amazing, 10 minutes walking from the centre of Old Phuket Town. The room service and all the service in general was also excellent (my partner and I had been traveling for one month around Bali, Vietnam and Phuket and we can assure that this room was the cleanest and most comfortable because they clean it EVERYDAY 🥰) One of the things we liked the most was that we could buy noodles, coffee, ice cream, toothpaste and all kind of things inside the hotel and at the lowest price 😀 We really enjoyed our stay at Pure Residence Phuket and we ever come back we will sure stay here again.

The hotel was clean but a bit dated, could use a bit of renovation. The location was okay for going to Old Town however that got boring kind of quick and I had to travel around a lot to get to the fun stuff. However that’s on me so no blame on the hotel there.

In general I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Pure Phuket Residence. I found all of the staff I interacted with friendly, helpful and in some cases, attractive! LoL. The service, facilities, cleanliness and location exceeded my expectations and I would like to extend a warm thankyou to the staff there for making my stay a joy! I stayed at the Pure Phuket Residence several times during January 2023 and each on each stay I was met with the same pleasant welcome and experience of stay.

Large room, comfortable bed, very clean, filtered water is available at the lobby, good WiFi, within walking distance of Phuket town and the night market. The location seems a bit odd at first (just at a large parking lot), but it's actually a quiet area which is nice to have a good night sleep. Good price/quality!

The man at the lobby was not very friendly. There was a possibility to rent a scooter but if you didn't want to leave your passport they asked an absurd high amount as deposit, so we rented somewhere else.

They staff were super helpful and friendly. For what we paid I was super great full with the room. It was super spacious and clean. The room was cleaned everyday so when we arrived home it was a lovely surprise.

If you are wanting a place right in the centre it is a little bit of a walk but nothing to extreme.

Pure Phuket Residence is a great budget hotel which is clean, comfortable and secure. The staff are friendly and helpful. Although a little bit run down in some areas the rooms have strong nearly new AC and a good hot water shower.

Phuket town doesn't have much to offer the tourist and the hotel's immediate vicinity is uninspiring but there are as always plenty of places to eat close by.

Very clean and quiet place. Polite and kind staff, there is enough towels, toilet papers but no shampoos or water kettle in room. Big and clean bathroom. There is water cooler, hot water and microwave in reception. And also small shop for drinks and ice cream. A little far from old town near 15 minutes walking. There is a nice park close to hotel for walking and jogging.

Big room, decent aircon, nice ensuite bathroom. Lots of free water provided everyday! Good mini fridge and wardrobe space. Friendly staff. Very good value

The location isn't ideal, it's about 15 minutes walk into the old town though so not too bad. And the location is quiet which is good for sleep

Large clean rooms, comfortable bed, hot water shower, helpful staff, plenty of places to eat close by. A short drive to the immigration office. Of course a great price.

AC was weak, exterior needs a lick of paint, a little hard to find behind a petrol station. As you face the petrol station the entrance is via a small soi on the right hand side.

The hotel rooms were very clean, staff were friendly. Great night sleep, larger fridge in the room and very powerful shower with great aircon.

Small gap in the window and building surrounding the hotel are abandoned. Not the best location but can’t complain for a cheap great night sleep.
