Spacious rooms, good buffet breakfast. Friendly staff. Walking distance to the old town. Just down the road (turn left from Hotel) is Kim Massage Parlour No.2. The morning market and wholesale grocery is just on the right of the hotel.

The area where it’s located in the old town is a bit run down. Shops shuttered and broken pavements which makes it hard to walk when coming back at night (when it’s dimly lit).

The entrance and building view was amazing, the reception area and the staff team have a worm welcoming environment, rooms are very comfortable with sitting area and nice balcony that has cozy bamboo chair. The concierge can arrange any trip if you request to any of the attractions. the hotel can arrange 2 rooms to be combined for family stay. located near a small shopping mall for any emergency needs or groceries. street food all around the area. Also, Expo market across the street for cheap cloths and footwear.

There are many Arab guests families as well as Big Arab muslim airlines crew staying at the hotel yet no consideration for Halal food or Arabic breakfast cuisine. I suggest to label halal food for the guests to encourage them to try Thai food, and provide some Arabic dishes among the Buffet. I believe such gesture will make the guests more comfortable to have their breakfast. The elevator and floors corridors are a little bit stinky with some light odor which I believe from old floor carpet. Very quiet and dark area after sunset.

Puts in extra effort for guests' special dates such as birthdays. - Staff gives good advice on money changers and navigating Phuket rainy season. - Bed is comfortable. - Room is clean and free of dust. - Easy access to local food with many eateries nearby and a food market frequented by locals right behind the hotel.

- Hot water flow inconsistent, especially in early mornings. - Pool and Gym on the small side.

The Hotel is pretty close to Old Town and all the bars/restaurants. The room was clean and nice, with good AC. The staff is friendly and helpful. Overall a very nice experience.

The views we got was mediocre (we were on the 4th floor), the better views are on the other side of the building. Also I asked for the bathroom soap refill on our last day cause we run out of it, and the stuff said they will do it but didn't.

Amazing reception at the hotel. There was some confusion partially on my end about the bed setup; however the staff went over and above to set things right. Great dedication to guest service, and can't commend the hotel staff enough. Lots of little touches and service moments along the way. Highly recommended.

Nearly perfect for a one night stay. We did notice the outside on the balcony was perhaps due for a spray down due to bird and bats in the vicinity; however this was a minor observation when compared to the cleanliness of the room, the hotel and our overall experience.

Great location, not in the middle of everything but an easy walk to the hussel and bussel

No pool outside and breakfast was expensive, only one lift working, and rooms were not sound proofed, could hear other guests

The rooms were kept lovely and clean, breakfast was really nice had a good Thai breakfast as well as some western options and always a chef making omelette, fried egg and even fresh ramen ect. The staff on reception were super lovely and helped with anything asked- ordered taxis and organized bike rental for us super quickly, offered different excursion packages too if you were willing to pay a little more. I requested a room with a view if possible and felt we had a nice view of the city. It is about 10mins Walk from old town center so everything felt like it was in good walking distance. The lobby feels quite luxury.

There is a roof top bar which had a lovely chill vibe but we only went up once as the prices were expensive, a 10% service charge and VAT was added after so the price on the menu was not what you were getting (which I had not found anywhere else in Thailand) Spa treatments seemed quite expensive too so we ended up getting a thai massage round the corner instead. They provided a laundry service which is great but that was extortionate as you were charged for each item ie per pair of socks. So again we found a laundry place 10mins away. The bed was incredibly firm but that does seem to be pretty standard in Thailand as far as we could tell. The pool was quite chilly and was in the shade. We used it once and there was no one else up there.

The hotel is rated as a 5 star hotel however it is more like 4stars it lacked all the little touches of 5 star and actually feels very clinical and bare no character The channels on tv very bad no smart tv Needs alot of updating to keep with the times and modernising The bed was very hard we both had aching backs for first couple of days

The room was spacious and modern, with great amenities. The hotel is huge and modern, with friendly staff. Buffet has plenty of options!

The only thing missing is smart TV's with streaming. Or at least the capability to cast videos/movies/netflix from your phone to the TV. Also, the bed was incredibly hard in our room.
