The building design was very nice.Bed was huge and very comfortable room. Staff was very nice. Bar staff and happy hour drinks were very good. Room price was also good.

Compared to other similar hotels we weren't impressed. Many items were cold, chocolate croissants were hard, and coffee machines weren't always working at breakfast. Had to pay extra for many ammendities. Location was next to a junkyard which had dogs barking and occasionally fighting at night. No outside restaurants or stores nearby.

The property is a 4* hotel as advertised by the hotel, booking.com have it down as a 5* absolutely not, it’s a uk 3* premium inn at the best, location is terrible, taxi needed everyday, staff was lovely and very helpful, hotel was spotless and clean,

Gym and cleannesses of the hotel

The hotel itself is actually very nice - the rooms are beautiful, the beds are very big and comfortable. There is a lot of room for parking and a tennis court in the yard.

I did not see an out-door pooled featured on the photos, only a rather small indoor pool, and it was closed after 8:00 pm, no exceptions. The toilet is separate from the bathroom, the sing is yet separate from both and between the two - in the room. But the worst thing is that the doors are made of glass and they don't close fully - there is a few mm gap btw the door and the wall, it could be a little awkward if you are used to privacy. The staff was alright, however out of 4 requests we got 3 rejections... :) Btw, it is not easy to find the hotel whe you go there for the first time. I was using bother Waze and Google maps and both got me wandering around the place.

The location was a little out of the city, which we were aware of while booking. A fairly quiet neighborhood but the hotel had some good amenities like - DIY wash and dry service at 100 THB each for upto 7kg clothes, an arcade room, a good restaurant and a lovely pool bar. Apart from that they also had tennis courts and a good gym. The breakfast was good, nothing too fancy - just basics. The room was huge and great with all the basic amenities as well.

I can't think of anything I did not like but if you wish to be in the middle of the city then this hotel is not for you :)

Staffs are friendly and helpful. We only had breakfasts at the hotel, but the quality and variety are great. Lots of sport facilities. The location is great. Not so far from the old town for those who rent the car is very convenient.

We were on the 2nd floor which connect to the reception & Dining area on the 1st. I guess the walls between rooms are quite thin. We can hear anything that happens on the walkway, the restaurant and the room next door. The room is very new & very clean, the door is very secure and super heavy that cause a thunder sound every single time it's get shut even from other rooms on the same floor. It's woke me up almost every night during my stay.

The hotel is really nice. The rooms are extremly clean and spacy with nice view. The bed was amazing, soooo comfrotable. I cant recall if I have ever slept in a wider bed. It was very effective to have a well equiped gym. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was so friendly, helpful, kind and professional. I would definiately recommend this place for everyone. The ones who likes sports (gym, tennis, etc.) is the perfect/must chose. Dear Staff Members, thank you for your help, kindness and for the crazy amount of smile which you gave us. This hotel was amazing, very modern, and staff are lovely. However the breakfast option wasn’t the best, I would have liked to see more fresh fruit and some baked beans and hash browns. Apart from this everything was great. The location isn’t the best as there isn’t many things to do close by, but the hotel itself is lovely, pool is very clean, the gym is great, very modern which we liked.

The location isn’t great, no shops close by to ever buy a drink. They could also have some entertainment in the evening or a bar, but apart from this it’s a great place.

Is super new so everything is very well preserved. Staffs are very attentive and speak English better than other hotels I’ve stayed in Thailand. Gym is great!

The location is bad. Nothing around and they do not offer shutter to city center (maybe during the weekend only and you have to pay I guess).
