Everything was perfect, staff, hotel breakfast, swimming pool, room are excellent. Supermarket in 5 mins walking distance, excellent restaurants nearby with live music. 12 mins taxi to Andamanda water park. Perfect location.

There is no beverage price list inside the fridge and I miss the QR code at the kitchen. It is unfortunate that I thought it is like the hotel in Macau that the mini bars are free of charge. I don't like surprises at the check-out time especially I am in a hurry.

The gentleman that managed the pool area was absolutely lovely. Went above and beyond to look after his guests. Plenty of food options in the harbour and a pleasant and quiet area off a very busy road. Useful having the supermarket up the street. Was a little cut off from main tourist areas but easy enough to get a grab to anywhere we wanted to go. Our room was a little way from the main hotel but they provide buggies and it was a pleasant walk. Pool area was lovely. Well maintained and beautiful plants and bird life.

Service was extremely slow. Took 7 hours for them to bring a blanket. 5 hours to bring tea bags. They forgot to make up our room a couple of times. Towels and flannels were missing when they did make up our room

The resort is beautiful, the rooms are big, every room has a balcony, the staff are very nice, respectful and helpful. The rooms are super clean and amenities are provided. The location is in an upmarket gated marina community. There is a mini-shopping center 200m away with a bank, supermarket, massage, cafe etc. There are also a lot of restaurants 100-300 m away. Within the gated community there is a free-shuttle service which is always available. There is a very big clean pool at the of resort; most of the rooms have a view to the pool. The pool has a poolside bar and a generous supply of clean towels. The breakfast is good; they offer continental and oriental breakfast. They offer freshly made Omelettes with toppings of your choice. The coffee is really good, I always had a cappuccino. I visited at the end September/beginning of October the place was very quiet and relaxing which is exactly what I needed.

The location is on the east side if Phuket, all the beaches are on the west side. So travel to beaches or Phuket old town is far and this will cost you.

Pool was good, you have to wait for the towels to arrive, if you are not quick enough sunloungers can get occupied pretty quick. More sun loungers was needed some days.Room was cleaned dailiy but there was an ant issue. Housekeeping act quickly and sprayed but following they appeared again. Breakfast was trying to make everyone happy. This was 6 th different hotel in Thailand we stayed and breakfast was the on the better side. Most importantly their Food and beverage manager ‘TOP’ was the best host I have ever seen. He was everywhere, greeting people, introducing the facilities, dealing with people..Coming from hospitality industry I can say he is a special one for the hotel. Also (especially) one of the receptionist lady was very nice but i am sorry, can not remember her name. It was 3 letters (Kop!)! Maybe sorry.!

Being quite away from everything else was little bit an issue. Trying to get taxi was not issue but wait was issue etc etc. especially finding taxi back. We have booked a boat trip to the coconut island with hotel. We came back for the trip that afternoon. But it was cancelled due to low numbers. We have to travel back by presuming/hoping to go to the island trip. Being quite away from everything else traveling back has killed the day.

I like the stuff I like. Actually, in the room, what I liked the most was the mirror that shows yourself from head to toe. I loved the fact that I could perform while watching that mirror that shows me fully—because I had a show, and I’m a performer. And this hotel? It’s the best hotel to do anything. You can just go with your partner, you can go and practice, or you can just go alone and relax. The best place. The best people. The best staff. The best facilities. It’s so amazing. It was so good—even room service and the restaurant were amazing. I could’ve never been happier than I was in that hotel. It was the best hotel I’ve ever been to in my whole life. Sadly, I had to stay there only for one night, but I stayed up late to make the most of it and practice.

Complaints so I cannot say anything

Except little things above it was all very good and I recommend. Especially the pool and garden is beautifull.

Only strange thing was a glass wall from bedroom to the shower and toilet, just....why? 😁 Although there was a curtain from inside the shower, but who wants to be seen in a shower or making a poo-poo... Definitely not me 😁 Second not that bad of a thing - no wardrobe to put your things in, only two drawers and one open shelf. With two people living in a room it is a bit messy, because you are forced to live from a suitcase. Room is big enough, but In 5* Hotel, I would expect better though.

I had the pleasure of staying at the NH Boat Lagoon Phuket Resort from November 16 to 18, and I extended my accommodation from November 18 to 21. Unfortunately, I was unable to extend my stay further, as the hotel was fully booked with a group, but I truly enjoyed my time at this amazing property. The hotel is 100% fantastic – from the stunning rooms to the overall atmosphere, nice swimming poll, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly helpful, and I want to highlight the manager of the restaurant/breakfast area. He was not only friendly but also went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed. His availability and willingness to assist were much appreciated. Overall, I had a wonderful experience, and I would definitely return to the NH Boat Lagoon Phuket Resort. The positive aspects of my stay far outweigh these minor concerns. Highly recommended!
