Small family run hotel a little out of Phuket town. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and amenities are very good. The staff is very nice and helpful and goes out of their way to assist you in having a comfortable stay. Peaceful and extremely clean property also offers bike Rental at Same price as outside. Plenty of options to eat around the hotel and all beaches can be easily reached by scooter or car. Offers parking too.

Very well maintained and clean building. Owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. Airconditioning works well. Room is of a good size, and clean (no bad smells which is common in other places). Great value for money! They have motors for rent. Location near a busy street with several restaurants and convenient stores. Easy to get to other places on Phuket. We enjoyed our stay, even extended it, and will surely be back. Definitely recommend staying here.

Best placed we stayed in thailand so far, really great staff, owner sorted a great price on jamesbond trip, free tea coffee toast all day everyday and really clean and spacious room 😀 nearly new scooter was perfect

The owner was very friendly and helpful, he taught us how to use the coffee machine at the reception, there was a free toast and jam if you wanted. The room was clean and comfortable, even though we only stayed for two nights, we got our sheets changed when we were away for lunch. The owner also lent me his bicycle for free so I could explore the city while my husband worked. Extremely good value, even though the location is a bit further away from where most of the tourists are headed, it's definitely worth it.

The only thing that we regretted was that we already booked the next hotel and couldn't stay longer.

Bed is nice and big. Bathroom is nice and clean. Very friendly staff. A fridge with water that they will provide everytime with room clean.

Location is a bit further away from the city and along the road which makes is harder to walk around.

Thai cleanliness standard, necessities stocked regularly, english speaking staff, 5-10 min walk to stores and shops

Lack of slippers, gets hot in the afternoon even in an AC room

Although its not got a pool or lift its a small family run hotel .and rather than feeling like a stranger there. It felt more like visiting old friends. Hosts were grate

Clean and cozy place, and very kind person at the WELCOME DESK. My grandson liked the quiet room too. We will choose to go back there.
