Easy check in and a warm welcome. The villa was very private and very spacious with a great plunge pool and out door area. Air con in all areas, a fitted kitchen area, plenty of furniture and sign lounges outside too. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom very good. After a game of pool and a few drinks, we enjoyed a very tasty meal there as well. Only half an hour from the airport by well priced shuttle. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The only negative is that the villas are located in a semi rural area well away from any sort of hospitality. So you won’t be going shopping or strolling to the beach from there.

We booked for privacy and that is what we got. Resort away from the hustle and bustle so breakfast and room service greatly appreciated. Facilities were spotless and tastefully decorated. Staff were very friendly. Courtesy pickup from the airport was well received and the use of the resort transport whether on a courtesy trip or paid trip was a bonus. Excellent facilities for the $$.

The staff were excellent and helpful. A positive and negative is that the resort is remote and transport is needed which the recognised and hire car/motorcycle/taxi is available and staff will arrange transfers. Internet was excellent which is useful as the phone signal is not strong and at times only 3G attainable. Efforts are being made to improve and solar panels are present on some villas which do not show on Google Earth photos.

Looking at earlier reviews it seems that some issues are being addressed but others remain. Water pressure is poor with the spray shower head of little use. One bathroom had a shower cubicle and the other a shower/bath setup with no curtain. This meant the floor was much wetter than it needed to be. The lighting featured many dimmer switches, few which appear to be paired with compatible lamps. Fully on or off were okay but dimming resulted in flickering lamps. Sound insulation to adjoining villas is nothing special and easily penetrated by the typically loud conversations of members of a mandarin speaking tour group.

We stayed for a week when we first arrived in Phuket. A lovely villa with a private pool and good aircon, which was important for us to acclimatise from arriving from a Scottish winter. Food was available onsite at their restaurant and cooking facilities were good. There was a shuttle bus to take you to the local shopping centre and also to Rawai beach which was good as it is located at a distance from either. We found it to be a really good place to recover from jetlag and acclimatise.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and incredible hospitality. The resort is simply beautiful, offering the perfect balance of privacy, great facilities, and a truly relaxing atmosphere. Our villa was spacious, tastefully decorated, and impeccably maintained, ensuring maximum comfort throughout our stay. The food was delicious, with plenty of variety to suit all tastes. The location was ideal—not too close to the busy areas, yet conveniently accessible. A huge thank you to the amazing staff who went above and beyond to make our experience seamless. They helped us rent a scooter, allowing us to explore the area with ease, and even arranged several excursions for us. Their kindness and attention to detail truly made our stay special. Our first trip to Thailand from Australia and We stayed here in a Pool Villa which was a home away from home. What an amazing stay, we got picked up from the airport on arrival and taken back to our Villa which was quite late when we flew in. The villas are amazing very well kept and maintained, the pool bar is a great spot to relax order a pizza and have cocktails by the pool, there is a gym and also a pool table and bar with seating and bar service, it's highly recommend you hang out in both, the staff were even happy to have a game of pool with us during our stay! Tata is the Queen of Cocktails in the resort pool bar!  The owner Andrew is very approachable and more then happy to address anything you need and goes above and beyond for his guest's, he doesn't act like an owner but is more of a friendly face to everyone that visits. There are free shuttles to the closest shops there are two to choose from, bikes are free to use and ride , and staff are the most friendliest people we have ever come across in our adventures they're more then happy to organise local transport for you to go anywhere you need to go even if it's just to the local 7'11. Breakfast daily was available from 6.30-10.30 which was a mixture of foods to choose from with lots of choice's available and fresh fruit, room service was quick and easily accessible, the meal pricing I thought was a great price and not over charged and the meals on the menu were very tasty I honestly did not have one meal I didn't enjoy and we had almost everything on the menu between threw of us during our stay. You can even organise to have a massage in the massage area or in your own room. Some of the most amazing adventures are on this side of phuket for the thrill seekers I can highly recommend doing a jet ski tour ( we used jet ski adventure Phuket find them on Facebook).

There isn't one thing I didn't enjoy even the mozzies weren't a problem I only used bug spray once during our stay

It exceeded our expectations on site facilities. Even though it’s out of the way it had everything we needed. They even offered to bring food to our apartment rather than eating in the restaurant as we had to pack! Fabulous massage on site & breakfast more than adequate & plenty of tasty options. Evening food was adequate, especially as no where else nearby. Laundry was the most expensive of our holiday but was done well. The apartment was huge & comfortable with everything you could possibly need! Full kitchen & really comfy lounge area, 2 bathrooms! Pool fabulous after a hot day out! Staff always friendly and helpful. Sound of the birds & cicadas while chilling by your own pool just lovely. Quiet area. Great space for families if you don’t mind arranging taxi for anywhere you need to go. Fine for us as we had all trips pre arranged. Couple of tiny shops to buy water, beer snacks etc five or so minutes walk down track. Definitely would recommend especially for the facilities and price. Thankyou x

Sunbeds were falling apart but did not affect our stay. Aircon brilliant except the bedroom, just would not get cool so just left door open & fans on in lounge to get good airflow from cool areas. No resort signage so most taxis struggled to find us.

Spacious apartment,clean pool,beautiful Plants and palms around the pool gives you a litten jungle feeling. Kind staff. Coconut as a welcome drink Was super delicious

The Walls inside need a paint refresh, you see a lot of spots from earlier visits in the bedrooms. Breakfast is a lot of Thai food, could be more intercontinental (but the Server rallye good fruits). Nothing around that you could reach by foot or in walking Distance for activity. but elephant sanctuary and the rainforest Paris aber very close, so the hotel is perfect when you want to go there

Staff were lovely and the villas were spacious with steps down into the small pool that looped the complex. There were free transfers throughout the day to and from a local shopping centre and the beach by the airport which was good because the resort was very out of the way. We also had a free airport transfer as we spent 3 nights there.

Location was very out of the way, it was hard to walk anywhere so lots of taxi expenses. The air-conditioning was also leaking in our room so we had a constant puddle in the living room.

Very comfortable villa, with private pool. The staff was very helpful with every request. Breakfast was just okay, but dinner and room service was excellent. They even gave us a surprise voucher to spend on food and drinks. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and the robes and slippers were nice to have. Free airport shuttle was an added bonus!

Mosquitoes and flies in dining room at breakfast and dinner. Villa also had mosquitoes the first night and we got bit several times. The next morning we said something though and the staff sprayed the outside of the unit. We didn’t have any bugs after that. The only suggestion I have is there should be a kitchen towel or paper towels in the kitchen as there was nothing to wipe down or dry the counters. Not bad or good, but the location was remote. The only shuttle options was to the mall or beach. There was nothing within walking distance to do.
