These villas are spectacular, beautifully made, beautifully finished, so relaxing and so very special. The fact that they completely respect the surroundings, they blend into it, is what makes the villas special. The views are breathtaking, the service and staff is exceptional, the beds are ever so comfortable, i can go on and on about this. We literally felt like we were leaving our safe haven on our last day. The buffet had a lot of choice with very good food and very helpful staff. Lovely stay in Phuket.

Food at the restaurant for dinner was too spicy for our liking. I asked for mild but i couldn’t finish the dish, it was too spicy. Far from anything, you have to catch a taxi (knew this, we were ok with it), but we didn’t like it that staff were coming up to us and urging us to book a taxi through them, we did first time and it was more expensive than if we just booked through Grab (which we did for the rest of the stay). But we did feel slightly hounded every time we tried to leave the hotel.

The property was very quiet and beautiful. Even the natural sounds of insects and birds added to the ambience. Staff were lovely. Overall, a lovely resort.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the hotel. But if I had to nit pick, while the breakfast was good, it became quite repetitive. But that’s pretty common in most hotels. :)

Villa Zolitude completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff couldn’t have done more for us — warm, friendly, and incredibly attentive. We were delighted to receive a free upgrade to a gorgeous, spacious little house with our own waterfall pool. The setting is peaceful and remote, yet right next to the elephant sanctuary (which you can’t hear), making it feel like a true escape. The resort provides free shuttles to get around the hilly grounds, and every interaction with the team was a pleasure. The food in the restaurant is absolutely delicious, and the whole experience left us wishing we had stayed longer. We cannot recommend Villa Zolitude enough.

The duplex villa was lovely, shame there wasn't an internal connecting staircase but not a biggie unless it was bucketing down with rain. Bath was awesome and the mini bar was cheap (makes a wonderful change). My husband enjoyed the spa but we couldn't get availability for the both of us. You should pre book.

Took an hour from the airport. The pillows could do with a few options. They weren't that comfortable. There was never really any sun on the pool villa. The food menu could be better but it was ok

The resort is hidden on a Hill/Forest. a getaway from the loud streets of Phuket. The villa was very big, and had a zen feeling to it. The pool was clean and private. being in a Forest, one has to take precautions from bugs and mosquitoes. The resort helps in this regard offering mosquito repellents everywhere. Take notice there's a chirping noise that comes and goes throughout the day. you get used to it. The restaurant offers good quality meals for a premium price. All in all, a hidden gem away from the busy life of Phuket.

The room had a smell to it from the wood interior

everything was perfect.. it was away from all the city sounds, ppl and all major attractions mainly beaches but we preferred it that way.. so we throughly enjoyed the stay the villa was like into the jungle, u wake to the birds singing around, it feels so relaxing n refreshing.. the staffs were very nice and hospitality was good. breakfast had decent options and was good too more than us, our kid loves the stay

The staff was excellent , when you call them to come for you with the buggy . They come express . For the food at your villa they come express. Nice infinity pool . Nice villa and very comfortable . I was happy that I enjoyed my start of New Year in it .

We loved pretty much everything! The villa was stunning, and the added bonus was the incredibly friendly staff—everyone from the bellman, front desk, and restaurant team to the housekeepers and even the engineer. We also appreciated that it’s located a bit farther from Phuket’s main tourist areas, giving us a peaceful retreat in such a vibrant city. The villa was so beautiful that we could easily spend the whole day there. The pool was fantastic, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious!

Everything! We were sad to leave Zolitude, it was by far the best place we've stayed on our trip. Small, boutique, friendly, and a beautiful setting. The spa and restaurant were top quality and fairly priced (unlike some other premium hotels we've stayed in). The staff were excellent and so friendly. We would absolutely recommend and come back!

Hard to say what we didn't like, I suppose the rooms could do with a lick of paint but they were still charming and indulgent. No complaints!
